The team was professional and knowledgeable from the sales and design, to the construction of Patio, walkways and porch. The design phase was stress free, the construction work was well organized, with a lot of effort placed on the details that would make the final result exceptional. My husband & I hired Backyard Getaways to restore & renovate a 30 year old pool and to install an expansive stone patio around the pool and house. We are very happy with the results, the pool & yard look amazing. Money well spent! From our initial contact with Backyard Getaways we have felt comfortable & well informed by Reggie Petrocelli. From the start date to the finish, Reggie kept in contact with us and guided us thru the entire renovation. A great deal of attention was paid to details on the job and it shows in the completed project. The employees of this company are amazing and hardworking. I was always impressed by how much they accomplished every day. The foreman was well informed and helpful and so were each & every member of the crew. Our family has enjoyed a Backyard Getaways’ pool for the past four summers and we continue to use Backyard Getaways’ services. We appreciate their professionalism and commitment . Their timelines are realistic and workmanship is second to none. Their transparent customer service is refreshing and I respect that when they don’t have an immediate answer to my question, they will get back with the best answer or solution. We had our pool installed by Backyard 4 years ago and were and are extremely happy with their fast and friendly service. We have had them open and close our pool every year and they always leave the yard clean and even provide helpful hints for use to keep all working properly during the summer season. Every time I drop off our water sample in the summer it is tested by Daphne and we are provided a detailed report and provide all information to keep our water safe and healthly for all to enjoy. By the way our pool is a salt water system and I would not get any other system it is very easy to maintain and we LOVE it. Keep up the GREAT work Backyard and we look forward to many years of your continued Customer Service and attention to details.

I began to use BYG a few years ago as a referral from a friend. They deserved it and I have referred other friends to their services. My pool openings and closings are done by BYG. I could do it myself but their attention to detail and service level makes them the ideal choice. I have had my liner changed by BYG and converted to a salt water system. The work was done on time with an excellent overview of what was required, how much it would cost and the benefits of the products I was chosing. The best recommendation I can provide is largely due to their responsiveness. Few home renos / repairs go perfectly, however it is the ability of the service provider to take corrective action when required and make sure the homeowner is at ease. A big thumbs up for the folks at BYG. They get my top service marks! DH

We moved recently to our new house in Oakville,ON and we needed to close and winterize the pool before the cold season.We contacted Ms Daphne Wheeler from Backyard Getaway and she gave all the help and support needed. The team were in time and very professional and when they left, the place was nice and clean.
