Pool, waterfall, spa, decking
Thanks to the great work from the team at Backyard Getaways! We now have a truly amazing backyard getaway! The team was professional and knowledgeable from the sales and design, to the construction and pool chemical maintenance. The design phase was stress free, the construction work was well organized, with a lot of effort placed on the details that would make the final result exceptional. We were very pleased with our choice and would not hesitate to recommend this great company! Thanks again to the entire team at Backyard Getaways!

Pool, Stonework, Hot Tub, Landscape
As this is our 2nd project we already knew the high standard of quality & service you provide and yet you still exceeded our expectations with this much larger job - huge amount of stone work, huge customized pool with all the bells & whistles, and awesome hot tub! The final project turned out even better than what we envisioned and we so appreciate all of the creative suggestions that make it the stunning property that we have today! We love your crew - I have never seen such a talented group of people that work so hard and are a pleasure to deal with. I know on more than one occassion we heard "we`ll do it however you want" and "as long as you`re happy" coming from the members of the crew - we truly felt that they were taking the same pride of ownership as if it was their own home. We are very appreciative of how you coordinated everything so well for us - even when other people were causing delays you still managed to keep the project on schedule and on budget. We also appreciate being involved in as much as we wanted to - going to the stoneyard to pick what we liked, and having consults on the site often to ensure we were happy and to see if we wanted changes made. Our property has been custom designed and has been totally tailored to how we live and how we will get the most use and enjoyment for many years to come - it is amazing! You guys are the best in the business and worth every penny! Backyard Getaways will be always getting high praise and referrals from us. We look forward to having the whole gang over to enjoy the finished product next year!

concrete pool and spa
Backyard Getaways, John and Regi were AMAZING! Our concrete pool and spa are beautiful. The outdoor kitchen and cabana are stunning! Our backyard really is a GETAWAY! Friends and family cannot get over how beautiful our backyard looks :) We were very happy with the craftsmanship, detail and work. The staff was friendly, informative and accomodating. We could not be happier. We have been very pleased with the servicing and care of our pool. Thank you for a terrific job!

Underground Pool, Hot Tub and Stone work, some landscaping
My husband Jimmy and I would like to thank Backyard Getaways and all the wonderful workers, and staff for letting us realize our dream of a backyard pool. They not only met our expectations but highly exceeded them. We couldn't ask for more courteous, respectful and efficient workers. Not only did the workers work diligently every day to finish the tasks in a amazingly short period of time, but the property was always left in an orderly manner after each shift. We also want to thank the managers for their patience and understanding when we struggled with our choices. And for helping us gain confidence to ensure that the end result would be a masterpiece. In our view our pool is a work of art and we praise Backyard Getaways for their hard work. We undeniably refer Backyard Getaways to anyone looking for their 'dream' pool. Sincerely, Jimmy and Maria

Pool installation and stone work
From our first interaction until the job was completed, our experience with Backyard Getaways was fantastic. This company is extremely professional and really cares about the customer's needs and how to make the customer happy. The backyard and pool is gorgeous. We are so happy with the outcome and would recommend Backyard Getaways to anyone considering a project like this one.

Pool & Landscaping
We hired Backyard Getaways Inc to design and build our pool and backyard Landscaping and we couldn't have picked a better company to create our backyard Oasis. From the initial sales meeting to the design meeting and to the final construction stage, they were all so professional to deal with. Hard working Team. Anyone looking to have a quality and unique pool and backyard environment built really needs to call them! Exceptional work!

Raised Stone Patio
After interviewing numerous landscaping companies we decided on Backyard Getaways as they had done a beautiful pool for friends of ours. Regi was very patient with the selection of the materials and the exact way we envisioned the outcome. The day to day crew was the same crew (James, Mario, and Carlo) which was important to us as we got to know them over the three weeks and could easily communicate any issues or changes as the job progressed. Our project was in an area that couldn't accommodate heavy equipment so everything was done by hand so I was again very impressed with the hard working and punctual crew. The job was completed on time and we were more than satisfied with the final outcome. We spend most of our time outside and I wouldn't hesitate in the least to highly recommend Regi and Backyard Getaways for any outdoor landscaping or pool project.

Addition of coping stone around existing pool; addition of retaining wall, landscaping and a firepit
My husband and I met with a number of landscape and pool companies, before we were fortunate enough to come across the BackYard Getaways team. We had a beautiful backyard and pool that was needing something to take it to the next level. The level of professionalism was clear from our first meeting with the landscape designer (Dan) through the planning process and of course the execution. James (the supervisor on the job) had an exceptional work ethic and paid attention to the details. The outcome was amazing! We love our new landscaping, firepit and how crystal clear our pool is with all the new equipment. Thanks to Regi and his team of professionals, we will be using BackYard Getaways for the front of our house next year! Becky & Grant Penrice Georgetown, Ontario

Concrete Pool, Waterfeature, and concrete
I am truly impressed by Backyard Getaways Inc. Love you guys. From the sales/office staff to the hard working construction crew. You did a wonderful job. Our family and friends enjoyed such a wonderful summer in our pool! I have no problem referring family and friends who want a pool to you any day! Keep up the great work!

Backyard Renovations
We hired Backyard Getaways Inc to do some backyard renovation and fencing at our home. They did a wonderful job. My husband and I were completely happy with the work and with the level of service from the staff. Very impressed with the way the workers kept the area clean and tidy daily. I would recommend Backyard Getaways Inc to anyone!
