Inground pool - spa - waterfall - cabana - landscaping - pool deck
We had other companies quote on the project, however the staff at Backyard Getaways were most professional and helpful in the design and budgeting of the overall project. As with any project this size, inevitably some things will go wrong, however our concerns were either taken care of immediately or within a couple of days. We were kept informed of the progress of our project as we had a specific completion date. We were extremely happy with the outcome and as a result we are now working with them on another project.

Pool and Patio
Utmost professionalism. Family owned business who care about their clients. Utmost professionalism from quote, design and build. John, Reg and their dad are terrific people and their crew (not subs) showed up every day. Questions always answered in timely manner and we were consulted every step of the way. Their work is terrific, customer service outstanding and would highly recommend their services to prospective pool purchasers. In this day and age it's refreshing to know people still care and take pride in the work they do.

Pool, bar counter, retaining walls, cabana, pergola, landscaping
My wife and I were extremely thourough when we investigated companies who could realize the vision we had for our backyard. Bar none, Backyard Getaways was the perfect choice. From start to finish both John and Regi were consultative, patient, diligent in adhering to their schedule, and most importantly delivered the promised value for which we paid. Pool, Spa and Decking
We are very happy with the entire Backyard Getaways Inc experience. Backyard Getaways built our pool, spa and concrete decking a few years back and we are very pleased with the end result. We have them open, close and service our pool too. The staff and crew are always very accommodating.

Pool construction and maintenance
We have been extremely pleased with our service from Backyard Getwaways. Through our beginning consultation with John, to the construction, overseen by Reggi, and all of our follow-up mantenance with Daphne we have received nothing but superb support. John helped us with permit issues during his holidays and spent numerous hours trying to figure out solutions to problems that would have halted the process completely. Regi responds immediately to all questions no matter how repetitive or silly. Daphne's expertise allows our pool to run problem free. Thanks to BYG staff our family has a beautiful pool with an awesome concrete deck. Our family has enjoyed two spectacular summers in a pool that was designed to meet our needs and requirements. Getting a pool? Hire them!!

pool & landscaping
We are extremly happy with the entire process. the pool and landscaping look better than the drawings that we did when john did the planning. Reggi and his crew were extremly accomodating and did a unbeilevable job in changing our drab backyard into a place that my whole family just want to stay and swim. We now do have a backyard getaway that we love. thanks

Replacement Pool Liner Installation and Equipment
Having read previous reviews on Homestars--Backyard Getaways was the company that stood out to replace our pool liner and equipment. Dealing with Regi from Backyard Getaways has been a very pleasant experience. He was great to deal with and very professional from the beginning to end of work that was done. He answered all our questions, was patient with decisions and thoroughly explained the process that would take place before, during and after completion of the project. We are extremely pleased with the new liner and installation work provided from all service technicians. Regi followed through to make sure the project was done to our satisfaction. He dealt with any minor concerns we had in a timely manner. Thanks Daphne for your help with the chemical analysis. Thanks to everyone at Backyard Getaways for the great work!

Pool Installation and Maintainence
There are no words that can explain the processionalism, the quality of the workmanship, the punctuality and the price I received from this company. We are enjoying the first year of our pool and were absolutely pleased with Backyard Getaways. John and Regi are amazing people to work with and all my problems and concerns were quickly rectified. Daphane`s help with the chemicals afterwards continued their great service. I would not hestitate to recommend Backyard Getaways for any of your pool needs. Great Job John, Regi and Daphane!! Your in a class of your own.

Pool Installation and landscaping
Excellent work done by Backyard Getaways transforming our yard from a regular backyard to a beautiful oasis. Very professional, from our first meeting with Regi, until the project was completed. All the workers were great, polite and respectful and did a great job. Best of all, it was done on time, give or take a couple of days. This is not the norm from what I have been told about pool installations. We spend most of our time in the yard now, and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Backyard Getaways to anyone and everyone.
