From beginning to end, everything was a wonderful experience. John had come to our home late one evening (as it was the only suitable time for us). He was very patient and understanding as to what it was that we were looking for. He gave us his opinions and also listened to ours. Aldo (dad) was such a delight to see in the mornings as he was there bright and early digging out the hole along with Rob and his crew. Rob was very knowledable and helpful with his suggestions for the exact layout of the pool. Rob made things "easy" and we thank him very much for that. Once the hole for the pool was dud and the shape had been put in place, my family went on our annual camping trip (a tradition we skipped last summer as we didn't want to leave our backyard) and had all of our confidence in Regi. Backyard always checked in with us to make sure we were happy and things were going the way we wanted. Being gone for the week, Regi made sure things stayed on track and if absolutly nessacary, he contacted us. I love the job they did with our rock wall at the back of the pool, it turned out even better than I thought. The shape of our concrete/gardens is wonderful. If I could change one thing it would be that I had done it sooner! Thank you so much for our little bit of paradise Robert, Crystal, Rachelle, & Alyssa Oh Ya-Sorry Daphne, you were wonderful too!

I read the reviews here before and after having our pool and landscaping installed by Backyard Getaways and I agree that the workmanship and quality was sound, and the customer service is really good too! Backyard Getaways does a great job at making this a very smooth and worry free end to end process, plus going beyond what was expected. Besides recommending them to friends and family, if I had to do another pool for myself I would go with the Backyard Getaway team again for sure! Thanks again John, Regi, Aldo, Rob and everyone else. I can’t stop looking out my patio window, enjoying the view!

I am very pleased with the work Backyard Getaways did in my yard this year.  Regi was a pleasure to deal with, and the guys who did the work were great.  The work was basically done on time and that is not usually the case with pool installations.  The work was started late in the year, so there are a few things to finish up next spring, but that was my choice.  Thanks to Backyard Getaways for transforming our yard into an oasis.

We just want to Thank everyone at Backyard Getaways for turning our backyard vision into reality.   Our first experience was with John who took time out of his weekend to come and visit with us and see what our wants were.  We felt very comfortable with him and decided to sign on.  From that moment forward we knew we had made the right decision in the company we chose.  They actually started a week ahead of schedule and finished the project exactly the date promised.   From Aldo and Roberto who did the digging, Regi in charge of our project and Boris who ran everything on site  all went very smoothly.  The guys who work with Backyard Getaways were the friendliest and most courteous bunch of guys we have seen on a site.  Every night before they left they made sure everything was safe and tidy as possible.   John , you promised us we would be the envy of our neighborhood and I would like to tell you that Yes We Are!   Again, Thank You and your Team for all your dedication and hard work.  We are truly happy with our backyard oasis!

We would like to once again thank you Regi and your wonderful staff for making our backyard a paradise. Since we have very busy lifestyles our backyard has become our vacation place for us and for our friends and family. You have transformed our backyard into a beautiful place for relaxation and happiness. We are so happy that you and your staff have done such a wonderful job and we will never forget that.

Backyard Getaways is a professional and experienced company in swimming pool installation and maintenance. They were very helpful in choosing our design and extremely accommodating with the installation. They are a family owned business where customer service is their number one priority. Anytime we had a concern they responded and came to repair within 2-3 business days. Great people and Backyard Getaways would come highly recommended!

Our pool is wonderful and the stamped concrete is gorgeous. What a wonderful experience we had getting our pool with Backyard Getaways. The entire experience was just so professional and exactly what we wanted in a pool company. I would recommend Backyard Getaways to everyone who is looking for a pool company. They are great people and the workmanship actually speaks for itself!!! Nothing like "One stop shopping." Pool, concrete, shed and fence.

You had great pricing and flexibility. At the end of the day, Backyard Getaways was able to give us more for our budget dollars. You, yourself John, had been very professional and pleasant to deal with which gave both Amy and I the comfort level we were looking for. The pool design drawings and subsequent changes were done quickly and the lines of communication had been wide open throughout the process.

From the initial sales meeting with John, to working with Regi and the entire construction team, we had a great experience. We felt that we worked together to get the pool we wanted and appreciated the suggestions, pointing out and addressing aspects we didn't consider. We also appreciated that they were flexible in terms of meeting times since both of us work and have kids in numerous activities. The quality of work and project management was excellent. Everyone was friendly, patient and responsive in answering questions, and followed up on any outstanding items. To be honest, as were getting close to completion we knew were going to miss having them around. We would definitely recommend Backyard Getaways to anyone who asks.

Backyard Getaways has Excellent quality work and excellent communications with all employees. Extremely friendly and well mannered staff and very hard workers. All staff members did there best to help us out and ultimately made us happy. Thanks so much guys!
