    Furnace installation

    Excellent service from my initial call re: my 14 year old furnace (in my 90 year old house) to the removal of my old furnace and installation of my Daikin furnace in the fall of 2017 (including exhaust/intake holes that needed to be drilled through my 90 year old foundation walls). Jon gave great information about my options and answered all of my many questions. Thank you! Berris and Wilson installed my furnace and Berris too, answered all of my questions on the day of installation. Thank you! I will be using Belyea for all my heating and cooling needs from now on and would highly recommend them!

    Duct and Gas pipe replacement

    Recently moved to a century old home and needed some duct work done to the second floor as well as a gas pipe to kitchen range moved/replaced (was not to code). From quote to completed work, the two gentlemen were very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained when I was quoted and again on the day the work was being done. This experience was quite refreshing and a relief compared to some other companies that I had come across that were just plain shady and untrustworthy. Glad that I chose Belyea Bros; Would recommend and will definitely hire them again.

    Boiler and radiator installation

    Belyea Brothers recently installed a new combi-boiler and radiators in my home, including replacing old radiators and piping new radiators where none had been before. I was been beyond satisfied with their service throughout and have no hesitation giving them my highest recommendation. I moved into a new house, and when the weather dropped in December 2017, and the existing heating system did not seem to be working, David came out to my house on short notice, diagnosed the problem, provided me with a quote with options, and answered all my many questions. The install was scheduled for as soon as possible because of the weather, and the fact that my existing system just wasn't working. Andrew and Marco installed the new system starting the first week of January 2018 - a very cold week! They went to great efforts so that I was not without heat or hot water at any point, in light of the cold weather. My home is quite unusual and provided them with many challenges, but they met each with professionalism and skill. It was truly a pleasure having them in my home, and the end result is both beautiful and functional. Thanks Belyea Bros!

    upgrade of furnace exhaust

    We called Belyea to fix a problem with the exhaust on the furnace they had installed some years ago. Lorraine was the person we dealt with and she was very helpful and arranged an appointment very quickly. They assessed the problem when they came and were able to fix it the same day. Both Dylan and Julio were very professional and friendly. Since the system was still under warranty there was no cost. We have been using Belyea for a numbers of years and their service has always been second to none.

    House addition. Installation of tall radiators.

    Heating and AC sales and service

    I have had Belyea Bros replace my furnace and AC in my 70 year old home and have serviced both for many years. I have always found them, especially Jamieson Murray to be excellent to deal with, reliable, competeent and I would not hesitate to recoimmend lthem, especially for older homes like mine.

    Furnace Repair

    Furnace cycling on & off and producing very little heat. Tech did a once over and found the problem. Completed repair in about 30min. Cost of repair was very reasonable.

    Thanks for the hot water!

    Boiler Repairs and Maintenance

    Deo was great. Very professional and polite. Identified the problem, completed the work, provided before and after pictures. Our previous HVAC specialist couldn't figure out the problem, but Deo from Beylea Bros Limited knew right away what was the issue, showed it to us and fixed it.

    New radiators throughout the house

    Marco and Andrew from Belyea Bros did a great job installing another rad in our bathroom. Jameson came in to evaluate our needs. They were fast and efficient and left the place clean and tidy, plus they were very friendly. Jameson was also really helpful last year when we had 9 old dads removed and replaced. Marco was on that team and boy were they efficient. We were only without heat for 2 days. The work was done very well. The recommended floor heating has worked out perfectly.
