    Combi Boiler/Furnace Replacement

    Smoothly done. Marco and Andrew were on time, friendly, clean, effective. Getting a new motherboard was fast. Bruce organized it all efficiently and kept us in touch with the best people.

    Diagnose problem with our hot water heating system

    You service tech was prompt,curtious,and thorough. He estimated the cost of the repair going forward and let us know that the company will call on Monday. My wife and I were very pleased that our heating problem was going to be repaired shortly. Thank you John Blunt

    Furnace instalation

    Bruce knows. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive force air furnace, he sold me the right furnace for my 100 year old Toronto home with an old duct system. They came the next day and installed my new two stage multi-speed Daikin furnace. They where polite and did an amazing install job. I feel confident about both the sizing and install job. Price was reasonable. They will b tag your water heater, so count on an extra 1000.00 to replace gas water heater chimney vent. March is cold so I really appreciated the speedy and professional service.

    Furnace Replacement

    My old furnace broke down a week ago. My Husband called Belyea Bros. Wilson came and checked the furnace. He explained that the furnace was broken and therefor we decided to replace the entire furnace. Wilson and Marc came in yesterday and worked non-stop for the entire day to remove the old furnace and install a new one. They were professional, polite and explained everything very clearly.     Furnace replacement

    When my 10 year old carrier furnace started acting up we knew it was just a matter of time before it quit completely. When we decided to replace it we turned to Belyea Bros because we have used them in the past (regular maintenance and hot water tank replacement) and we have always been pleased with their work. This time was no different. From initial consultations with Bruce to installation with Berris and Daryl we had total confidence in the company and the work. All of our questions were answered and the work was completed quickly and we couldn’t be happier with our new Daikin furnace.

    Ductless heat pump/air conditioner installation

    Matthew and Wilson did an excellent job on the installation of a ductless heat pump/air conditioner unit. The team kept us informed during the installation process, explained how to operate the unit, and left things very tidy. Thanks guys!!

    New furnace, water, heater and air conditioner

    We are delighted with our experience with Belyea Brothers. When our old furnace finally stopped working we decided to replace not only the furnace but the old air conditioner, and water heater at the same time. Jamieson listened carefully to what was important to us and gave us options that we are very happy with. He made the process very easy. Mark and Paul came in for 2 days and replaced all of our units- they were super friendly, efficient and kept us informed of the progress and left everything neat and tidy.

    Our house is very old and the work was complex. The two-man team did an excellent job. They were helpful, communicated well and left things very tidy. Thanks guys!!

    Fabulous service - just what you need in winter with no heat

    When it was -26 outside and 9 inside, and we realized our furnace was broken and not repairable, Jamieson from Belyea Bros. was our saviour. The initial service call answered within 30 minutes determined that we needed a new furnace leading to the new tankless water heater. Jamieson walked us through our options, costs and within days, our new equipment was installed. Fabulous service, hand holding the whole time with patience.

    overcharged for emergency repairs

    My gas furnace stopped working so I phoned Belyea Brothers from whom I originally purchased the furnace in 2000. I figured out myself what the problem was - the hot surface ignitor. They told me on the phone the cost of an evaluation ($130) plus parts, etc. They arrived within an hour and 15 minutes. So far, excellent. The speed of response was better than excellent. The repairman agreed with my diagnosis in about 2 minutes (cost, so far: $130). He then went to the truck and after a long phone call, presumably with his office, came back and told me had the part which would cost me just under $500. This is sort of blackmail and we both knew it. I had no heat in the house and had little option but to agree. He could have made up any number for the cost so i guess I'm lucky it wasn't even more. I checked on the web later and the part costs between $75 and $200 but he charged me $500. I would never use this company again.
