    air con service call, problem detection, replacement - in 2 days

    during their regular late spring air con maintenance & service call, Belyea detected coolant leak in one of two 20 year-old exterior units and coil. they recommended replacement of that unit with a better, cheaper, quieter unit. installation was done the next day, including re-rerouting coolant lines to my specs and changing the electric panel breaker to the correct wattage, gratis. service was efficient, courteous, even entertaining from Jake & Damien @ Belyea. these guys are super pros - recommend them to any one.

    Ductless Heating and AC

    Ductless HVAC installed and working great! A big shout out to Jamieson, Jit and the rest of Belyea brothers team. I never really understood what five star service meant until I had the pleasure of dealing with such a professional team. 9 months in and my hydro bill has decreased $2700, and that's including the hydro hike that we got pass on this year from Toronto Hydro! I recommend this company and the ductless units to anyone considering a great investment and quality of life improvement for their homes. UPDATE: Just had my yearly inspection, Dylan came promptly and on time, great customer service, further reinforcing why I heartily recommend this company and all of their offerings to people.

    Air conditioner maintenance

    Their work is Efficient , friendly , knowledgable , professional . I have used Belyea's service for many years .

    A/C and Furnace

    We have used Belyea since we bought out house 2 years ago for many things including furnace and A/C maintenance and installing a gas line for the BBQ. Every single time they have been nothing short of wonderful - responsive, capable and professional. We won't even consider using another company and we highly recommend them.

    AC Installation

    I bought an AC unit from Belyea Bros. Great price and great service. Dylan Currie installed the unit for me. He was an exceptional professional that was meticulous with his work and transparent with his customer. Wish all professionals were like him!

    Fix AC issues and maintenance

    If I could give these people 6 stars... I would. Anthony was efficient, professional and thorough. Arrived early (can't remember the last time that happened), diagnosed the problem very quickly and dealt with it efficiently. Thanks so much!

    AC annual maintenance

    Anthony arrived at the requested time and completed the annual maintenance on my ductless air conditioning unit. He was polite, explained what he had done, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Belyea Bros.

    Tough AC Installation Expertly Handled

    Belyea Bros. was the third company we contacted to install central AC, but they should have been the first. The first company told us our house layout would mean an extra $1500 to install. The second company arrived on the morning of installation and left within the hour, claiming that the job simply could not be done. From the minute Belyea Bros came into the picture, we knew we were in good hands. They walked us through our options, explained how they would run the wiring and pipes, and assured us that they have worked in old houses like ours before, and that installation would not be a problem. Gio and Paul arrived on the morning of installation at 8:30am and stayed until after 4pm to get the job done. They were very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain their steps to us and answering our questions as they went along. They went above and beyond our expectations and knew exactly what needed to be done so that the AC would cool our entire house. Although Belyea Bros are not the cheapest option, we are so glad we paid for their expertise. Our house is comfortable, and we have peace of mind that the job was done right. I would highly recommend this company as well as Gio and Paul to anyone looking for AC/heating services.

    AC "keep cool"

    Service is always excellent - and this time was no exception. I have had several different service people working on heat and air units in my home over several years. Anthony, from Belyea Bros. was polite and a real pro. I will always use their service and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to feel secure in the knowledge that the job is done right!!     Fantastic and timely AC installation

    Just as the first heatwave of the season hit, my air-conditioner decided to fail after 29 years of faithful service. I quickly called Belyea Bros to get a quote on a new unit including installation as they had installed a new furnace in my house a couple of winters earlier which was a very positive customer experience for my family. Within 24 hours of the call, I had a quote and was scheduled for installation later that week as I found the price to be very competitive. The installation was far from straight-forward as there is little head clearance in my basement, but through some very smart metal work, Gio and Paul were able to quickly develop a solve. Their work was professional, they did an excellent job of cleaning up, and they are very nice people to work with. Most importantly, I now have a wonderful new AC that very efficiently cools my house. The product and service I received from Belyea Bros exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.
