    Air Conditioning / Condenser Replacement

    Good experience. Was a cumbersome install for BB as the work was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but BB was very accommodating. BB showed up on time and were respectful of our house (drop cloths everywhere). Most importantly, our A/C works great; would recommend.

    Installation of new Air conditioner, High efficiency furnace and water tank

    We recently had Belyea Brothers quote and install a new air conditioner, high efficiency furnace and water heater. The quote was thorough and well detailed. We had requested top of line appliances with highest efficiency ratings. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and done by Berris and Wilson. They arrived at the appointed time, worked diligently and we were most impressed with their professionalism. How nice to have polite people who obviously know their job and who leave ones house as clean and tidy as if it was their own. Hats off to the Belyea team for a job well done.

    air conditioner maintenance

    Belyea Bros. installed my furnace and air conditioner, they also maintain it. My experience with the company is that they stand by their work and are quick to remedy any issue. Latest maintenance check: person was on time, polite and explained what he had done. I highly recommend this companyh.

    AC annual maintenance

    Very satisfied with Belyea Bros installation and service of our attic AC unit. In particular, I would like to commend Jon for his thorough cleaning and attentive care during the annual maintenance service today.

    Air conditioner installation

    Very satisfied. When I called for an estimate, the phone was answered by a human. I was given a firm time and the estimator (Steve Gilmore) showed up on time as promised and gave us a clear estimate and explanation of what had to be done. He offered to coordinate with a carpenter/painter who was also needed, and this was done. The installation date was set and two very pleasant installers, Damien and Jake, showed up and performed the work efficiently and pleasantly. It was all done by mid afternoon. They cleaned up, explained everything and it was all over. I could not be more satisfied.

    Basement renovations, air conditioner maintenance

    We have used Belyea Bros for both small and big jobs. If it is for a air conditioner service (30 min in 2016) or a complete basement reno (4 weeks 2013)- they are always professional, reliable and on time. We had a basement flood which required a complete gut and re-do. David helped coordinate and ensure that our plans were completed and on time. The budget was within reason and agreed to prior to the job being done. LIke with all projects the last 5% required a call back in but was done within 2 weeks. The basement has held up well, now 2 years later and the workmanship has withstood heavy kid use. Thanks Belyea Bros!

    Purchase and installation of new air conditioner

    The Beylea Brother staff were helpful during the entire process of selecting a new air conditioner and aligning the installation to fit with our overall renovation project plan. Special thanks to the installation staff - specifically Damien he was professional, respectful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Beyla Brother for any heating an cooling needs. We purchased our furnacs from them about 8 years ago and didn't research any other option when we needed a new air conditioner based on the outstanding service and value for the dollars we spent.

    Annual maintenance of ductless air conditioner.

    Consistent first class work from Belyea Bros. Technician call ahead to ask if he could come early. Very professional and respectful of the property.

    A/C spring tune-up

    This was just a routine tune-up. Anthony was very pleasant and helpful in explaining a few issues with my old capacitor that might need to be replaced either this year or in the next year, but gave me some options and didn't try to push me into any repairs. I have also used Belyea for a fall furnace tune-up and am very happy to have finally found a company that is easy to contact, prompt and courteous in responding to calls and e-mails, and punctual and straightforward with appointments.
