    New furnace purchase and installation

    We have a 100+ year old semi in Toronto. Had 4 companies provide estimates/information about replacing our old furnace. We decided that Belyea provided the best information and guidance that related to our specific circumstances (sales rep David very helpful and not too pushy, left us to make our decision without undue pressure). The installation by Julio and Brian was very efficient. They advised of any issues (ie one piece of furniture we needed to unload and they were able to move it). Everything neat and tidy when they finished. Brian gave us a thorough briefing on the new furnace and the tests that had been done to ensure it was in good working order. We are very pleased with the performance of the new furnace.

    repair to furnace

    I have used Belyea for 8 years to service our furnace & Air conditioner (which we purchased from them). Their service is excellent. The technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, explain their findings and respect the customer's home. I recommend Belyea's service to anyone. Repair including parts & labour is another matter. Belyea does not, and after 2 letters & a discussion with the president who said it is unable to, itemize its bill. This is not a good way to conduct business.

    Fixing a boiler furnace

    Having a boiler furnace break after six pm., is a bit of a challenge. I did not have a plan with Belyea Bros. at this point. Still the repair man walked me through a few suggestions, but they didn't get the furnace working. He said he would call if he could fit me in and 10 minutes later he did saying he would be over in hour. He found the problem and fixed it. This was about twenty minutes after arriving and soon the freezing house was warming up! Professional, caring and most of all experienced in his trade! That other company's heating plan that I did belong to has been cancelled and I highly recommend using Beylea Bros. !

    Furnace and thermostat maintenance$365

    I had thermostat troubles and since the furnace was purchased from Belyea, have had all maintenance and inspection work done by you. The technicians, Anthony and Ian were professional and, as far as I could ascertain did a commendable job. I have found Belyea to be prompt and diligent in their work.

    Maintenance and Warranty

    I had Belyea install a tankless water heater and airhandler for domestic hot water and heating a little less than a year ago. Started to have issues with hot water so I decided to call Belyea for a maintenance and service appointment. Dylan arrived promptly within the stated window and was able to pinpoint the issue with my hot water. My problem was a tricky one, but Dylan knew his stuff and did a through diagnosis. Dylan was happy to have me shadow him the whole time – a mark of a tech with nothing to hide. I’ve had techs from other companies in the past who were uncomfortable with my presence – not an issue with Dylan, he was happy to explain to me the diagnostic process every step of the way. Turns out it wasn't the tankless hot water heater as I suspected, but was in fact the mixing valve downstream. Dylan explained the problem and was back the next day with a new valve, which he replaced under warranty. Belyea stands behind their installs! With the valve replaced and maintenance done on my system, it's purring along beautifully. Dylan is a great tech that effectively explains the work required on your system and conducts himself with professionalism and an obvious pride for his craft. I highly recommend Belyea for your HVAC servicing, repair and replacement needs. I've had many techs work on my homes over the years, Dylan is by far among the very best. (*note: cost below was for the maintenance. Warranty work was no charge)

    New Fence

    David and his team were very professional and ensured that the fence I wanted was completed in approximately 8 days. The team cleared any debris every day. Any questions I had were answered very quickly - within the hour! I could not have asked for a better job. I did receive less expensive quotes, but the workmanship was definitely worth the cost! Kudos to a friendly, reliable and well managed team!!

    Boiler service

    Prompt and seamless boiler service by Belyea, and excellent customer service attitude by Dillon including explanation of how to adjust comfort settings. Service was easy to arrange and I was reminded of service call ahead of time.

    furnace deep clean and valve replacement and thermostat replacement

    Deo was very respectful and explained everything to me each step of the way - he showed me the condition of the heater before and after cleaning. I felt he did excellent work and was not just rushing to get things done nor was he dilly dallying. He actually showed up a little ahead of time and I got same day service. LW

    Furnace cleaning

    I was more than satisfied with the service I received. He went above and beyond to take care of both of my furnaces. I would highly recommend Belyea Brothers to anyone needing a furnace and continual service.

    New Air Conditioner (Replaced and Removal of Old Unit)

    Excellent company that provided us with removal of our old air-conditioner which was buried under our deck and replaced with a quieter and more efficient model for our semi-detached home. Very knowledgeable and friendly at all stages. Will certainly contact again for future HVAC needs. Thanks!
