    New H.E. furnace

    My furnace broke down late Friday. I called Belyea Brothers on Saturday at 7:30am and their emergency crew picked up the phone. The same Saturday they came, made an assessment and gave me a quote on site. This was confirmed later that evening, with taxes included and no additional costs. By Tuesday I had a totally new furnace up and running. Their crew came on time, as scheduled, worked hard, tested everything and left the place all clean up. I was happily impressed with the 12-yr warranty of the unit they recommended.

    Maintenance and Repair of boiler

    This is the 4th time I have used Belyea and each time their service has been fantastic. Anthony arrived on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the boiler. He repaired the backflow valve and serviced the boiler efficiently. There are few companies nowadays that provide the courteous service and professionalism of Belyea. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Humidifier installation

    Very fast service. Clean professional installation and there are no issues that I can see so far. Will likely try them again for other HVAC needs. No complaints right now.

    Furnace Installation

    Belyea Bros. did a great job sizing, quoting and installing my furnace. I received several quotes from companies like Enercare etc. Jamieson from Belyea was responsive, did not try and oversell me a larger furnace than I needed (like Enercare), they came within a week and the installers were very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

    New hot water tank (rental)

    I strongly recommend this company. I'd like to thank Stephen (Operations Manager), who came to my home twice on his own time to give me estimate and discuss various products that were available to me and today on install date he came again to my home to thank me for my business also to ensure me that I was in good hands. My install was extremely complicated and lengthy than thought, Stephen kept his word and did not charge me extra for labour. I had 2 installers come to my home by named Bryan & Julio. Extremely friendly approachable. We became friends! I was asking many questions and both addressed my concerns. I tell you installing venting pipe is a art to both of these guys! They removed and disposed my old black pipes and the tank. They cleaned the area and quickly inspected my furnace and humidifier and was recommended to use quality filter in my furnace and my humidifier was clogged so Bryan helped to unclogg it. Overall, their install work is clean, very detailed and artistic. At the end, they explained the hot water tank, kept owners near the furnace and they cleaned the mess. I shopped around with 4 different dealers, they are # 1

    Bathroom renovation

    We hired Belyea to renovate our large upstairs bathroom. David managed the project from initial meeting and estimate to final follow-ups. The estimate was spot on, save for a change we initiated. Piotr and Vlad, who did the work, are excellent: their craftsmanship, work ethic and attitude are all top notch. They realized our vision, and didn’t complain about our annoying requests. The room is stunning! I’d certainly work with them again.

    Made sure our home stayed toasty warm

    Our radiators were cold the morning of January 19 - turned out the boiler was out. I called Belyea Bros, and Chelsea & Elaine (who were both very friendly despite handling a gazillion emergency calls that day) arranged for someone to come to our home sometime after 12 noon. Dylan arrived before 11 a.m., which was much appreciated! He was quick to diagnose the problem as a faulty (antique-ish) thermostat and installed an easy-to-use digital one for us. It was clear from the outset that Dylan really knows what he's doing, he was very patient with all our questions, and instructed me clearly in how to operate the new thermostat. This terrific service reminds me why we have used Belyea Bros for several years - our service agreement with them sure came in handy today. (Note that this review is posted a bit late as I had challenges in submitting it)

    Extension of Floor to Create New Room

    This was the second renovation done by Belyea Brothers Home Renovations for my house. The house originally had a ground floor 2 story living room which did not function well. The kitchen and dining room were cut off and on the floor above. Belyea extended the floor with the kitchen and dining room over the existing living room. That created a beautiful new living room and a den/rec room/bedroom on the lower level. The house works much better now and looks fantastic. David, Piotr and Vlad were extremely professional and the work was of very high quality. I highly recommend the company for any renovation projects that you are considering.

    Basement radiant heating installation

    Steve at Belyea is one of the best in this or any other trade when it comes to customer service. He did a fantastic job assessing the job, setting out options, organizing the work, looking after details, being proactive, doing quality control, troubleshooting issues, communicating, and making sure the end result was top notch. You want someone - and a company - that has the ability and resources to figure out solutions if (when) things change or don't work perfectly the first time. Well, he's got it together, and so does this company. Hands down, great job, great experience. Highly recommended.

    New Gas Line

    We needed to relocate our gas supply line at short notice and had limited space to do so. The fitters worked around our other services and came up with a neat solution. A great job. Thank you.
