    Professional installation

    The installation is professional. The work is one day delayed because they didn't have the AC in their garage and have to order one from other place. The Thermostats they offered is not worth the value. I didn't buy it eventually. The customer service is good when I buy the AC cover from they.

    A/C installation

    Cozy made the effort to repair our attic pack A/C when others would not. In the end, after proper attempts to inspect and repair the unit, a new unit was installed. Huge thanks to the Cozy Comfort team!

    Repair Central Air Conditioning
    Jay arrived after normal business hours, right before a long weekend, having already done a complete day's work - a big thank you to him! He was fast, efficient, got my air conditioner problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to ask for him again if/when I need future A/C service.

    tankless water heater installation - some small issues they didn't care about

    Originally the company was good to work with, and I have a nice system installed. Upon site inspection, they considered it a slightly more complex installation, so they charged slightly more. Fair enough. But when the actual installers came, who were subcontractors with a different name on their van, they got just a little sloppy and hurried when doing the job. So part of the more complex job that I was paying for, to take the inlet air from the outside instead of from the room, wasn't done. (So I sourced the parts and built the piping assembly myself). A drain hose was short and remained cutting across awkwardly across a corner of the room, despite them agreeing to fix it. (So I had to buy a whole roll and put in a new hose.) Hot and cold water piping was clamped down all together. (So I repositioned the pipes to be able to add pipe insulation.) An overall competent job marred by sloppiness and rushing. When I wrote to Cozy Comfort about the issues afterwards, there was no attempt at give & take & trying to fix things. They just ignored me; they had my money, they were outta there.

    Tank less water heater installation

    Very professional service. Work was done on time without any hickups. This is a second time I'm dealing with this company. 3 years ago they installed new AC in my home. In that time the work was done also in the very professional way. I highly recommend these guys.

    Fireplace and mantle replacement

    Ever since we moved into our house we wanted to remodel our gas fireplace as it was a giant eye sore. The mantle looked terrible and the fireplace looked dated. I am not a designer and had a difficult time imagining how it could be transformed or what we should do. After researching companies we hired Cozy Home Comfort Plus. From day one of the consultation I was really impressed with the knowledge and experience of Brian who attended our house for the initial design and quote. He quickly assessed the fireplace and showed us some options that fit our budget and requirements. The pictures that we chose the remodel from looked great. Note, when the job was done the finished product was way beyond our initial expectations. The pictures did not do justice for the material and craftsmanship. The job was booked and completed very quickly. From the initial quote to the finished date took about 9 days! The job was broken down into different days for each trade to come in and do their piece. Each group was professional, friendly and cleaned up the area thoroughly. Having dealt with quite a few trades and renovations in the past I would say that they ranked as the best group I have dealt with from start to finish. I could not be happier and would highly recommend the company!

    Gas stove

    I had went to a few other companies first and no one has any stoves to sell me , lead time was 4 months. Then went to Cozy Comfort there lead time was 2 to 4 weeks ! The institution went well , staff very knowledgeable and answer all questions. All very professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a gas stove or service.

    New Furnace

    My furnace conked out on one of the coldest days of the year during dinner time. I called Cozy Comfort Plus and left a message with the answering service and within 10 minutes, Mory from Cozy Comfort Plus called and was at my home within an hour after his hard day of work ended. Mory was able to get the heat going, but knowing that my furnace was already 14 years old, and worried it wouldn’t make it through the winter, that evening I decided to get a new furnace. Mory was able to make the necessary arrangements for a new furnace and the next morning two installers by the names of Amir and Arsi showed up at the scheduled time in the morning and worked non-stop for 7 hours. They were very pleasant, so easy to talk to and very kind and professional. I am thinking of getting a new A/C this summer and would love to have the same installers back! I have been dealing with Cozy Comfort Plus for about 5 years, and were always there when I needed them. I want to thank Mory, Amir,and Arsi for their jobs well done. Cozy Comfort Plus has a great team working for them!

    Excellent customer service!

    Brain was excellent in providing us with information about gas fireplaces, he was quick to respond to my calls, and provided good advice. The installers were great as well, they worked quickly and were vhelpful in answering my questions.

    Napoleon Fireplace Installation

    We contacted Cozy Comfort Plus to purchase a fireplace to finish off a family room renovation to our house. Brian visited our home, went through options that were available and put together a proposal that was reasonable and significantly better than others we had received. Installation was within 2 weeks. The team of Anita, Hamid and Farid were excellent in completing the installation and very professional in their approach. The installation was perfect. Cozy Comfort Plus was great to deal with and delivered on all of their promises. Definitely a five star service!
