Furnace and service review
We’ve been using Cozy Comfort for 15 years because there is no reason to switch, it’s impossible to get better service. Every year they service our furnace, and they always do a great job. In mid December it was time to replace our aging furnace, and they discussed all of the options, mentioned available rebates, and were able to order it and install it within a week! They were super professional, did a great job with the installation, cleaned any mess, and tested it to make sure it worked. They also took the time to follow up with me to make sure that I was happy with their service. Like I said, no reason to shop elsewhere. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus!!

Don't Expect A Response If They Can’t Make Money
They are quick to respond when they can get money from you, other than that forget it! They came to replace a part that was under warranty then charged a $1000 administration fee and $100 for picking up the part. The technician rushed my Mother into paying right way. Now no one will return my calls or emails to explain why she paid $1200+ for an under warranty repair!

I have investigated this and and the $1000 was no administration fee it was the labor to install the new heat exchanger Pete exchange her. Your warranty clearly States your covered under parts not under labor and the $100 dollar fee was for a rush delivery of the part. This initially was an emergency no heat call call which we take very seriously especially When it is freezing outside and there are elderly people involved.. The cost was clearly stated to your mother

New Gas insert Fireplace
After several years of debating whether to get a gas insert fireplace in our living room, my wife and I decided to explore looking into getting one. We visited several showrooms in Toronto to educate ourselves on the various brands and what was best for our home. We ultimately decided on getting our gas fireplace from Cozy Comfort Plus because Brian painstakingly went through the pros and cons of the different brands and what would makes sense for us. He spent a very generous amount of time with us answering every last question, including double checking the dimensions of our living room to ensure we didn't get a unit with too many BTU which would turn the house into a sauna. ( I mention this point because other dealers were all too happy to install a much stronger unit because I had inquired about the possibility of a larger viewing area firebox, not realizing that to do that, invariably, a larger unit comes with more BTU, and this would actually decrease your enjoyment of the fireplace).In addition, Brian beat every other price quote we got for the unit we ultimately decided on (Valor G3.5) The installers were excellent and were finished in a few hours. They left the area as clean as when they came in. We could not rate Brian, and Cozy Comfort Plus high enough. If I could, I would give them 15 out of 10. We are really enjoying our new fireplace. It has been on practically every day. Thank you Brian, for making it so easy!!

Gas Fireplce
We needed our 30 year old gas fireplace replaced. Brian came to our house and explained all the ins and outs of what needed to be done and the different options that were available. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done the following week by an excellent team who were respectful and took precautions for covid prevention. We realized after they left that there was a problem with the fan. They were very responsive and came back the next day to fix it with no issues. We are very happy with our new fireplace!

Sale and installation of 2 gas fireplaces
Their prices were reasonable, their service was good and their workmanship on installation was excellent. I enjoyed dealing with them. I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends.

Over the past years we have depended on Cozy Comfort for all of our home heating and cooling needs and service. They have installed the most suitable and efficient systems at the best possible price. They have always been professional and reliable. I can highly recommend them.

Yearly Furnance Cleaning
I have be using Cozy Comfort Plus for my yearly furnance cleaning for over 10 years. They have always done a very thorough job and I am completely satisfied with the cleaning job and the technicians that have done this service (Jay and Mori). Keep up the good work!!

gas fire place installation
Installers were friendly ,worked diligently . There was very little interruption to our days activity. My husband is in a wheel chair and this was important. Over all very satisfied with outcome.

Second Gas Fireplace
We decided to convert to a gas fireplace in our basement having previously done so on our ground floor also with CozyComfort. As before the service was fast and efficient and preceded by helpful answers as to any questions we raised. At the end the two fitters inspired me by "sculpting" the new fireplace out of the old when they removed some of the now unnecessary stonework. Two coats of paint (by me) finished the job. Highly recommended!
