The service person who completed the work, was on time, very diligent and respectful, took the time to explain everything that was required to start and maintain the units in a safe manor. The work was done within the promised time frame, there was absolutely no mess after he was done. The units continue to work in an effective way and the follow up to make sure of our satisfaction was a really nice touch. I highly recommend using Cozy for any of your FP or HVAC requirements. FH

The Low Pressure switch was faulty and was replaced. They also completed the regular anual maintenance

Very professional service. Was having problems with my old boiler furnace, cozy comfort sent a gentlemen over who new his stuff and fixed the problem in a timely manner and reasonable price. Also called a few companies before talking to cozy comfort and none of them worked or serviced the old boiler systems. Highly recommend

We have used Cozy Comfort for our commercial HVAC needs for many years now and have always been very happy with their service. We recently had a rooftop unit installed and they worked overtime to ensure that we were completely satisfied. They are very responsive whenever we need help at any of our locations in the downtown area. I would highly recommend Cozy Comfort!

The service call was because the humidifier was working erratically, and the furnace had not had a maintenance service for a few years. The technician who came, Mory, seemed to thoroughly understand our HVAC system and answered my questions in a lot of detail. Apart from dealing with the humidifier issue, he performed some preventative maintenance that I wasn't aware was needed (cleaning out a partially clogged drain inside the furnace) that likely prevented a more serious problem in the future. We were very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. I'm now going to schedule a service call with Cozy Comfort at least every couple of years.

Cozy Comfort was recommended to me by a colleague. I first called them to service my Fireplace and Furnace, they did a great job. We knew then that my furnace was on it's last leg. My furnace finally gave out and it was extremely cold out. I called Cozy Comfort at 8:00 in the evening and I got a hold of someone immediately. Fred came out first thing in the morning. He went over my options in great detail and I had my new furnace installed within a couple of days. I was very happy with the installers and Fred. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy Comfort.

Two years ago my husband & I decided we would like to have a gas fireplace installed in our basement. We encountered Cozy Comfort Plus at the CNE & liked their products. We took some brochures home, looked through them & decided to give them a call. We were offered a 10% discount based on our visit to their booth at the CNE. Within a few weeks we had chosen the fireplace & stonework we wanted & the installation was completed by the end of that month. We decided later to install a fan to circulate the heat more efficiently. In both cases the installers were efficient and cleaned up any mess. This year we were contacted by Cozy Comfort Plus for an annual inspection and cleaning. Once again, we were given a discount & the work was completed quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our fireplace and we have had many compliments from family and friends who have visited . It has certainly added to the value and attractiveness of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy Comfort Plus to anyone who is thinking of installing a gas fireplace in their home.
