    Service to a Trinity heating machine

    Our heating just stopped unexpectedly in the cold winter in February and we called Cozy on a Friday night and they came right away the next morning. We needed a part and cleaning. Jay was excellent and my family and I were all happy it was dealt with so quickly. We would definitely recommend Cozy to others. Thank you Cozy Comfort!!!

    Fire Place not working properly

    I had a problem with the fire place. The fire place would light up after few attempts but would go off after few minutes while the pilot light keeps on. Got in touch with Cozy Comfort. The Technician sent did an excellent job of opening the fireplace, taking out the logs, cleaning the inside thoroughly including the pilot light unit, cleaning the glass and ensured the fireplace was working properly. The Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and did the required maintenance and tuning. Job well done.

    Furnace Repair

    When we woke up to a cold home one morning, we realized that the furnace had ceased to work at least over night if not earlier. A service call was made mid-morning and by late morning a technician was at the home. They had the replacement part with them and the home was back warming up by that afternoon. Great and speedy service!

    Fireplace cleaning, explaining of how furniture and humidifier work.

    I called Cozy Comfort Plus and I have to say it was the BEST call I ever made. When Maury the technician came out to do the fireplace cleaning and show me how the furnace and humidifier worked, he went way above what he came out for. He not only cleaned the fireplace immaculately, he also showed me that it had not been used in a very long time, and that the Pilot light in the fireplace was off when it should be on at all times. After cleaning the fireplace, he turned it on and we both felt alittle sick. He went to his truck and got the Carbon Monoxide detector and went around the inside of the house and the reading was at a very dangerous level. He quickly opened all doors and windows to air out the house and let the fireplace continue burning as to release the Carbon Monoxide out of the house. Maury DID NOT leave me in the house until the Carbon Monoxide reading went to a complete "0". It took about an hour and a half, but he did not leave until the reading was "0" and he was absolutely sure that we were in no harm or danger. That is the kind of service and caring we received from Maury and the Cozy Comfort Plus team. When we were in the clear, he closed all windows and doors and still stayed alittle longer to make sure the Carbon Monoxide detector reading was at "0". After he explained to me how the furnace and humidifier worked, he did one last check for Carbon Monoxide just because he wanted to be sure we were in no harm or danger. It was only then that he left after not only doing what he came to do, but, going that extreme extra mile making sure we were safe. I JUST WANT TO THANK MAURY AND THE COZY COMFORT PLUS TEAM FOR A JOB EXTREMELY WELL DONE AND FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND JUST THE SERVICE CALL AND ACTUALLY CARING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.     Furnace repair

    Furnace blower was dying, and they came out same-day to do the repair at a reasonable cost. Repair was done quickly and cost was clearly outlined to us throughout.

    Replace Napoleon receiver for gas fireplace.

    Service person showed up as scheduled. Very thorough in not only replacing thermostat receiver but also making sure that all other features functioned properly.

    Don't need to wait long for help. Excellent working staff who fixes the situation right away and are very courteous. The only complaint I have is the waterless heating tank. It take a while for the water to heat up unlike conventional hot water tank.

    Changed our furnace.

    Our furnace broke down on the 1st of January. We contacted Cosy Comfort and they were here the next day and changed our furnace. Morris was very efficient and friendly and his service was excellent.
