    Good prompt service

    Thorough cleaning of furnace and air conditioner as requested. Change of filters when it’s required.

    Furnace Inspection

    The team at Cozy Comfort Plus were excellent from start to finish. I had an issue with humidity levels and the operation of my air returns. They sent someone to inspect and clean my furnace within a day and offered practical solutions at a reasonable cost.

    Air conditioner purchase, move AC to other side of house. Furnace install and service.

    I’ve used Cozy Comfort Plus for all my HVAC purchases and service for a while. Last time I called because my furnace wasn’t coming on during a cold snap. Service fellow Jay came over and gave me some advice and a good education on new furnaces. 15 minutes and they didn’t charge me since my furnace was supplied by them just over a year ago. Price on the furnace was much better than their competition. My only problem was an old thermostat. They could have supplied and installed for me but also suggested I could do this myself if so inclined. I replaced it myself but knew I could call for service if I had a problem. I recommend them confidently.

    I called Cozy Comfort when the weather turned frigid and my gas fireplace failed to fire up.

    A technician was dispatched to my home who arrived within an hour and a half. Hamid was professional and friendly and had my fireplace pumping out heat within 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service and the results!

    Furnace, Humidifier and Fireplace

    I have worked with Cozy Comfort for almost 10 years from installation to maintenance to repairs, and have had an excellent experience with them. In particular, I am grateful to Mory for his expertise, great work, extra care, reliability and integrity. He has my full trust.

    Heating Issue

    On Friday, December 29, 2017, my tenants informed me that there was a heating problem. I then called Cozy Comfort about 10 am. I was very glad that they arrived at 4:00 pm and diagnosed the issues. Since it is a triplex they found that one pump and one relay needed to be replaced. I was very fortunate that they were able to pick up the parts before 6:00 pm and having them installed soon afterwards. The tenants were very happy because of the extreme cold weather.

    Furnace Repair

    There was a defective heat exchanger in our furnace causing the unit to just blow cold air. Cozy Comfort technician was at our house within a few hours and quickly identified the problem and ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer under warranty. The part arrived from US with expedited service and they were able to schedule the repair within a few days which was very helpful given the expected cold weather. We appreciate this company's prompt service and professionalism.

    Furnace / Tankless Water Heater Annual Maintenance

    In July of 2009 Cozy Comfort Plus replaced our Furnace / Air Conditioner / Hot Water Tank and I could not be happier with the entire process. Initially we contacted Brian Kar who was very knowledgeable, came to our home and provided us with many option and told of all the available rebate programs at all levels of government. Once we made our selection of Carrier furnace / Carrier air conditioner along with a Noritz tankless water heater, Brian made all the necessary arrangements to have all the new equipment installed in one day. The installation was done quickly, carefully, and professionally with a crew of 4 technicians. All old equipment was removed and taken away for disposal. At the end of the day you could not even tell that any major installations took place. We immediately notice major reductions in both electrical and natural gas charges from the high efficiency equipment that was installed. Since the installation we have Cozy Comfort Plus provides annual maintenance / cleaning of all equipment. For years we request Jay be sent out as our service technician. Jay has always been prompt and calls before leaving his last service call to let us know he is on his way. Jay is very courteous, professional, and takes a great deal of pride in servicing our equipment. He lets us know what the condition of the equipment is and lets us know if there are any issues that need to be addressed. We would recommend Brian Kar and the entire team at Cozy Comfort Plus to anyone who need heating / air conditioning replacement or servicing.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace died a few days before Christmas 2017 and subzero temperatures outside. Cozy Comfort has provided good service in the past so we placed a call that night. Our repair man was on-site first thing in the morning, and after troubleshooting the issue it appeared to be fixed. However the furnace died with a second blown fuse a few hours later.. repair man came back onsite within 2 hours and spent the whole evening locating an issue with wiring and transformer. He confirmed with numerous on off cycles that furnace was good, and it has been working well since. We were charged for the one service call, and cost of fuse and transformer. Due to the problem with wiring we elected to swap the yellow AC wire with the failed red furnace wire from thermostat. We will still need to get an electrician back in the spring to replace the thermostat wiring as it has a short in the red wire. This was the fastest option to get us heat again without spending another day or two to get electrical resolved.
