Enercare is by far the worst company to have to deal with. Unfortunately, I am currently renting my property and therefore, I have to use Enercare Home Services.
I moved into my rental home December 2015, and Enercare has yet been able to fix their billing mistakes. I originally called back in November to set up a hot water tank rental service. Some how, Enercare signed me up for a heating and cooling protection plan instead (I have no cooling in my house, and I am with another company for a heating plan). I called and explained their mistake, and I was told that it was fixed.... Well 7 months later, I have now received 2 Collection Bills for the heating and cooling bill they messed up months ago! I have called over 20 times and have talked with over 12 different employees, all of which say they will "fix it" and never do. I even asked to speak to a manager about this problem and the manager told me they would look into this problem and call me back by 5pm; by 5:01 I called Enercare back asking for the manager by name, I was told that that manager had left to go home..... TERRIBLE customer service.
I received yet another collections bill 5 days ago for the heating & cooling protection plan from 7 months ago..... If you are lucky enough to be able to choose which company to go with for this stuff..... DO NOT go with Enercare!!!
