    Paying for 9ths even though I sold my house

    I sold my house and Enercare Home Services is forcing me to pay for 10 months of service even though I do not own the home. I also have the service with my second house that I will cancel when the term is up. It's automatic renewal after the first year. Beware, they are money grabbing company. I will be posting this on all social media. I am being forced to pay this since I do not want a collection agency calling me. Big mistake I should have stayed with Reliance.

    Maintenance of Air Conditioner

    The service I have received from Enercare has been great. The service technicians are very helpful and always recommending ways to better maintain your systems in between their visits. Great maintenance program.

    service scheduled quickly, professional technician attended and honest opinion has been advised. friendly customer service, i recommend it to my family and friends. that services do not cost more than they should

    Plumbing Repairs

    As a relatively new homeowner an Enercare home protection plan on a circa 1960's house, I've now called on plumbing services twice and both times have had an excellent experience. Fast, knowledgeable and professional plumbing technicians that were able to show up fast and work efficiently. The cost of either one of those service calls yields a return on the cost of the plumbing and drain protection plan for the whole year. I plan on renewing the plumbing plan when it comes up again to protect against future issues with clogged or damaged drains, toilets and sinks.

    A/C yearly maintenance check

    The technician came right on time, also called ahead to tell me he was on his way. He had to disconnect my hose to clean the AC and did so himself - didn't ask me to do it. Also reconnected it when he was finished. Also cleaned my furnace filter. As I am slightly disabled, I appreciated the extras he did for me.

    A/C Maintenance Service

    They were very thorough and professional in the job being done. Very personable and efficient. We have used their service over many years now and have always been extremely satisfied with their people and the work done.

    AC not working on a hot day!

    When I called concerning my AC, I was very pleased to find a very pleasant person whom was willing to help me as soon as possible, which they did, the same day. Then on top of that excellent customer service, the gentleman named Victor, whom fixed my AC, was also very pleasant and courteous and he completed the job right away! So from beginning to end I was VERY pleased! Thank you!

    Excellent service from Enercare.

    The technicians who came to my house for the plumbing work were very cheerful, knowledgeable, very helpful and finished the work fast, absolute expertise. I am very happy with the service I have been getting from Enercare and your technicians. I am very satisfied with Enercare. Keep up the good work. Cheers, Shiv.

    AC maintenance

    Appointment was kept to the time window chosen. A phone call preceded the service, so we knew when to expect someone. The technician was thorough and answered all questions. The follow-up emails outlined future action and were very helpful. Booking online was easy...and Enercare sent us a reminder to book!
