    horrible company

    Enercare is by far the worst company to have to deal with. Unfortunately, I am currently renting my property and therefore, I have to use Enercare Home Services. I moved into my rental home December 2015, and Enercare has yet been able to fix their billing mistakes. I originally called back in November to set up a hot water tank rental service. Some how, Enercare signed me up for a heating and cooling protection plan instead (I have no cooling in my house, and I am with another company for a heating plan). I called and explained their mistake, and I was told that it was fixed.... Well 7 months later, I have now received 2 Collection Bills for the heating and cooling bill they messed up months ago! I have called over 20 times and have talked with over 12 different employees, all of which say they will "fix it" and never do. I even asked to speak to a manager about this problem and the manager told me they would look into this problem and call me back by 5pm; by 5:01 I called Enercare back asking for the manager by name, I was told that that manager had left to go home..... TERRIBLE customer service. I received yet another collections bill 5 days ago for the heating & cooling protection plan from 7 months ago..... If you are lucky enough to be able to choose which company to go with for this stuff..... DO NOT go with Enercare!!!

    Pluming

    I called them for water leak under my kitchen sink , was Friday , the customer service told me all of our pluming are busy until Monday 8:00 am , I was so upset with this , I did inform here that I have 5 kids and I need this to be Fixed ASAP , same day as they adversied , her response was I am sorry I can't do anything for you ???!!!

    Maintenance of furnace, A/C and duct cleaning

    My first experience with Enercare was extremely impressive...from start to finish every person I encountered was informative, curtious, friendly, excellent communication skills, prompt, confirmations provided immediately...From the customer service reps to the technician(s) the service provided was how things use to be and should be...customer service personified!... Thank you!

    Worse Experience

    I call to cancel my plans and was told I have contracts that was renew without my knowledge. Then I ask to speak to manager 10+ days ago and no calls. Then I call back today and was pass around from department to department, only to have the call disconnected. Still no manager nor is my services cancel. Worse Experience Ever.......

    Hot water heater rental

    Renting from Enercare is a nightmare. Their customer service policy is to trick customers into paying for more services rather than to actually provide any services. On the phone and in person, they are rude and unhelpful. When I finally had enough and decided to return their tank and switch to Reliance, they did everything possible to make things difficult for me. Reliance had my hot water tank but not a cancellation form with my signature on it. I called Enercare and asked if I could email the form and they said No. I asked if I could fax the form and they said No. I asked if I could mail it- Ijust wanted to save the Reliance technician another trip. Again, they said No and that they would not only not accept my tank return, but continue billing me if I didn't send it with this form. Well, they will get their form. But not any more of my business.

    Billing me for something I don't even have! BAD BUSINESS!

    have a story to share about ‪#‎enercare‬ . I recently moved to a new home and called all of the utilities to transfer all of the billing over. I called enercare to see if my water heater was rented and needed to be transferred over. They said "There is no rental at your property and there never has been." The day after I moved in my water heater quit on me. I called Enercare and asked them "Are you sure it isn't a rental because it stopped working and I'd love for you to come fix it or replace it for free and I'll keep renting." They said "Nope for sure it's not ours but we can charge you for a service visit and tell you how much it would be to fix it." So they sent out a technician for $75 and told me it would cost $750 to fix. I said no thanks and bought my own tankless unit and had it installed by another company. Next month there is a charge from enercare for a rental water heater. I call them and they say "We have confirmed that there is NO rental unit at your property and this is just a mistake we'll get it sorted out." They eventually determine that the charge belongs to an address. So they call me back yesterday and tell me that there IS a rental water heater at my property and that I'm going to have to pay for it since it was removed. These guys have their heads so far up their asses I don't know how they're still in business. Don't deal with Enercare for ANYTHING!

    Installation of new two stage furnace and air conditioning

    Bill who came to visit our home was on time called ahead before coming. He was very professional and knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for and provided us the perfect solution. The installers Albert and his colleague called ahead of time on the day of the installation. They were punctual, very courteous and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job and completed it within the time frame. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend Enercare.....

    Three-in-One Home Protection Review

    I purchased Three-in-One Home Protection from Enercare. Right after joining them, my AC had an issue so I called them right away to look at it. They were able to get a technician there the very next morning. I am very happy with the service received and I think for the price paid, the value and peace of mind is well worth it! So far, my experience has been as promised and most importantly, I was able to get someone in quickly to fix my issue.

    furnace cleaning and duct cleaning

    definately a good company to use - I have their protection plans for heating, air conditioning , plumbing and any time I have had to call them I have been very satisfied with their response a work

    Air Cond and Plumbing

    Both the plumbing and Air Cond and furnace technicians efficient, professional, friendly got the job done in good time with some good advice. Booking was easy and timely. Booking agents friendly and knowledgeable
