Previously to me calling Doods Garage doors which my mothers neighbour had referred to me, I had called two other Garage door companies, the first one made two appts to give me a quote and never showed up both times..when he did come he didn’t even come into the house to sit down with me to explain what he would be supplying. He wouldn t even give me an official written quote or explain what I would be getting, very unprofessional he was only here not even 5 minutes as his cell phone kept ringing and while im waiting for his price he was rude and talked on his cell phone the whole time…(do not use Mogas garage Doors)another company gave me a quote over the phone and I did not like that as they should have come to visit me to take measurements as I also wanted capping done, so when I called Doods, Mike the estimator showed up with a sample of the thickness of the door as I wanted door to be insulated not only that he showed me color pallets and also showed me online the different glass patterns, he spent a lot of time with me to make sure we were on the same page, and I felt very comfortable as Mike explained all the details. The installer was very friendly and professional and cleaned up the work area before he left. What a difference this new door made to the look of our house, it was a total transformation…well worth the money spent..
