    New garage door

    What a great Company.Prompt and very friendly service from the time we received our quote to the installation of our new garage door.The installers Matt and Mark were very professional and efficient. The Garage door was installed in less than two hours and works perfectly.What a great job. Dodds understands what customer service is all about. Great job.

    New Garage door & motor

    We needed a new garage door and motor, our friends recommended this company. I found the service to be professional and the we are happy with the product. It looks nicer too.

    Garage Door Replacement

    The spring on my 25 year old door broke in the middle of winter. We were planning on replacing the door in the summer. We decided to go ahead and do the replacement right away. Dodd's came the day after we called and we picked out a door. It took about six weeks for it to arrive (it was a premium door). We received a hugh snow storm on the day of installation. The installers still showed up and on time! They worked through the storm for four hours and even did some shoveling for me. The opener was reinstalled, the old door and track taken away and the garage floor was swept up. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Dodd's.

    Thank you for your review. Many people do not realize that we install doors whether rain, snow or sunshine. In fact the best time to order a garage door is in the winter months as lead times are generally shorter and prices may even be lower.

    garage door stuck half way

    My garage door has always been a problem...had a couple of different guys over past 7 years...heard the Dodds Garage Door commercial ...they do actually know what they are doing...they fix it right the first time...no problems with the door since Dodds came and fixed it.

    Garage Door Install

    Lots of choices in terms of garage doors. We liked the fact that the pricing was all up all in ie. they removed and disposed of old doors and included all rehooking. Pricing seemed fair. Very professional.

    broken garage

    I thought I would need a new door or opener. Dodds showed exactly when they said they would. The technician showed me how the spring was not balancing the door and adjusted the springs. The door could now be lifted up and down with a single hand. The technician then found that the gear in my 20 year opener was stripped. He was able to replace the gear in 10 minutes instead of replacing the whole opener. Excellent service.

    Garage repair

    We would recommend Dodds in a heartbeat. From the initial contact, to the actual service repair - they were FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS and EFFICIENT. We felt their recommendations/advice was UPFRONT and HONEST and at a FAIR PRICE. Most importantly, we are HAPPY WITH THE WORK. What more could you ask for?!!!

    Garage Door

    On New Years day our garage door broke.We called Dodds Doors emergency number and stressed the urgency of the matter. A repair man was at our house the next morning at 9.30am. not only did he repair the fault but performed maintenance as well on what was needed. He was very polite and helpful. Thanks Dodds Doors.

    replacing springs

    The spring on our garage broke on Christmas eve. We called a few places for repairs but they were either closed or unable to get supplies until Jan. 2nd. Finally I found Dodds on the web and sent them an email. They got back to me within 10 mins. and I spoke to Stan. The price was great so we booked a time. The repair man, Mike was great. He was on time and very nice. He was also able to replace the springs and also replaced the bearings as they too were broken. We were very happy with the overall service we received and grateful that all this work could be done before the new year. Next time this will be our first and last phone call. Thanks for all your help Dodds.

    New Garage Door

    Dodd's was one of the most professional companies that we have ever dealt with. All staff very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Michael in sales and Matt in installations were exremely polite and accomodating. Thanks Dodds!
