This is the third consecutive year I"ll be with Dr. Green lawn services and I think that in itself says a lot about the company. I really like how I can prepay for my services a few months in advance at a discounted rate and they are good to touch base every now and then in a non-pushy manner about other additional services they offer. My lawn has become more maintenance free and I"ve seen a significant reduction in weeds. After each visit they leave a report detailing the service they completed, and any instructions for maintenance depending on the service that was completed (when to water, additional suggested services etc.) I'll continue to use Dr. Green and would recommend to others.

I have been using Dr. Green for the past two years and have been impressed by the quick and prompt service they have provided. After each application, they leave me a note with all the things they have completed and I can also see a better and greener lawn.

Dr. Green has been great to work with and my lawn loves them too. Friendly and accommodating staff. They are always available if I have questions or concerns. Keep up the great work Dr. Green!

What I love most about Dr. Green is the very prompt and friendly customer service. This extends not only in the call center but also in the field. The Fertilization team answered all the questions I had and ensured I knew how to manage my new lawn. It was a big step for me to call Dr. Green as I usually tend to fix things myself, but I'm glad I did. The team is professional, knowledgeable and they truly about their clients.

We started using Dr. Green last summer. Our lawn was overrun with clover and weeds. After just 3 treatments, both problems were resolved. We are very pleased with Dr. Green's services.

Save your time and money. DO NOT USE DR GREEN. I'm a 5 year customer of Dr. Green. The first few years were fine. Last year I had to call 5 times to have my aeration and over seeding completed (I started calling in May). Each time I was told it would be done within a week. It wasn't completed until the middle of June. That's way too late in Ontario. Also last year, I spent 2 hours every weekend removing weeds myself. This year (2013) I was ready to cancel the service but was convinced to stay. I was told my aeration and over seeding would be a priority. May 1st I received an email that it would be completed the next day. (yay!!!) It's now May 8th and I'm still waiting. Not only that, I called on May 6th to find out what was going on and was told they were too busy and someone would call me back. 48 hours later no one has called and no one is willing to help me when I call back. I can't even cancel my service.

We have been a Dr. Green client for three years, this is the start of our fourth season. We are so pleased with the service and the continued pristine condition of our lawn, which continues to get better every year. The customer service is great, on the very odd occasion that there has been an issue with anything the response has been quick, pleasant and with our service as the primary concern. We have every intension of continuing with Dr. Green, and we pass on recommendations all the time. Thanks for all the good work and professional service!!

DO NOT use this service,.. two years, weeds got worse. young guys sent who did the quickest job possible. called to complain and got ignored, didn't pay on time and got a ton of calls and emails. cancelled the service and they just kept coming ( and invoicing_) cancelled AGAIN last fall and now am finding that they have come back. left a sign but no bill or note.. called to cancel again and after a lengthy time on hold. got.."give us a number to call you back" didn't even ask what the nature of the call was.
