Last year my wife took advantage of an aerating special offered by Dr. Green Lawn Services through Groupon. When we made our appointment in the spring of 2012 to have our lawn aerated, we were offered a lawn package for 5 treatments, which I agreed to. I normally fertilize my own lawn, but decided to give Dr. Green a try. We received an email notification from Dr. Green advising us each time someone would be out for the visit/treatment. The applications were timely, efficient and fast. By the end of our 5th and final treatment, our lawn was looking far better heading into fall/winter than it did coming into spring/summer. Our lawn is starting to green up nicely now that we are in the spring of 2013 and we are looking forward to our second year with Dr. Green to see continued improvements to our lawn. WE THANK YOU!

This company called us wanting our business. They offered us a very good price for 4 applications so we accepted. They have just done the first application 2 days ago. Couldn't tell the results until end of summer. Seems they did a good job so far.

I'm happy with Doctor Green's services. I only signed up in the fall of last year and so far have received two treatments. The guys just come and do the work without any fuss or hassle. It just got done.

Dr. Green has always provided me with excellent customer care! Thy have always given attention to detail, care about their services, and are extremely polite. I never feel rushed when talking with them about lawn care and try always follow-up with services discussed or scheduled. I would definitely recommend Dr. Green to others!

I would like to thank you and your staff for the way that you look after my garden. I am a senior and am unable to care for my garden myself,and have been very impressed by the quality of your service the courtesy and respect of your staff when working in my garden. Even when i have not been at home when a visit was scheduled i had a very nice note left by Eric one of the young men who work for you,which was a pleasant surprise in this day and age.Therefor i have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who needs some assistance with their gardens. And hope that you continue to look after my garden for many years to come.

We have had lawn care companies to our property before but never have we been less satisfied with the whole experience than with Dr. Green of Mississauga. They actually promised us that all the weeds would be gone by the third treatment, that we had access to a "lawn specialist" at any time and that we could get a respray any time. Their customer service was combative every time we tried to speak with them, we never did see their "lawn specialist" (although we requested him several times), we had lots of weeds all summer and most of the men that came to spray were able to get out of their truck and then back into it in less than 10 minutes. The lawn was well sprayed only once all summer. It was a BIG waste of money and we would never recommend them to anyone. Further more..... they showed up out of the blue this spring and it was only by luck that we were home to send them away. We were told that we had to call them to cancel our service from LAST YEAR, as they subscribe to a "negative marketing" plan which is deceitful and was never mentioned last year. They have returned three times in three weeks to spray (which is better service than we received last summer) and I have been on the phone four times trying to cancel the service. They keep coming. If you sign up with them be prepared to enjoy your weeds for the season and to be unable to be finished with them next year.

I would just like to say that I have been very impressed with Dr. Green's services and the responsive way in which they deal with inquiries and provide valuable information specific to my lawn's needs.

We have used Dr. Green since 2012. We decided to go with a company to help spruce up our yard and deal with some 'extras' in our grass. They always give notice, are timely and professional. We feel they are priced competitively and have decided to continue to employ their services.

I just wanted to say that although I haven't had any servicing done to my yard yet, the correspondence via telephone has been cordial and informative. I really appreciated the opportunity to give this review.

In the short time I have dealt with Dr. Green I was impressed with the customer service and the timely service for our lawn care. I am looking forward to this year with the full year lawn care.
