    Total out side sewer blockage

    had a company come in to redo my driveway had them also pave up the side of the house when they were excavating they took out the out side clay clean out pipe for the sewage they did not recap it properly when they back filled rocks fell in eventually building up and blocking off all sewage from the house called drain rescue to diagnose problem Bill came out scope the drain out with camera to find rocks and gravel blocking mean pipe to street next day they showed up to dig down six feet remove block pipes replaced with new PVC things are now working great I highly recommend this company very fast and quote was accurate thank you Bill Patrick for all your help.

    Removal of sand in sump pump wells

    We had sand that was accumulated in our sump pump wells. This caused the primary sump pump to stop working. I called a few companies, I was told that they didn't offer the service of sand removal. I called Drain Rescue, when Terry came to analyze the problem, he told me that they normally did not offer this service, but after seeing how much sand there was. he said he would come back and do the job. I called Drain Rescue to schedule Terry. Terry was a professional, I was there watching him do the work. He removed one sump pump from each well so he could have space for his hand to remove all the sand from the well. He re-installed the sump pumps, tested them all to make sure they were all working properly. There was one that was difficult to get it to work, but Terry was determined to fix it and he did. I'm very thankful that all sump pumps are now running properly. As a home owner I can breathe easier, one less thing to worry about. Thank you, Terry for coming back to get the job done. You are friendly and truly a professional.

    Replaced leaking tap in my garage

    Wayne replaced a leaking faucet in my garage today, September 23rd, 2014. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire repair. I am very happy with the work he did and the treatment I received. I will recommend Drain Rescue to friends and family in the future.

    Excavation and repair of disconnect in drain and replace existing copper in home. Excavate and replace 18' pipe and replace with PVC pipe & fittings.

    Our technician, Dwayne, was curteous and professional and explained what had to be done to the pipe. He promised prompt work, and even though there had been severe flooding in our area from a terrible rain storm the previous day, the men who were to do the work arrived that afternoon to begin the job. Ruslan and his workmate worked extremely hard for three days straight to make sure the work was completed when we needed it to be. (We needed the work to be completed so that our home could be put up for sale) Dwayne was back on site during the last of the work to help us arrange work to be done past our property line by the city, and to explain what was happening. Both Dwayne and Ruslan encouraged us to call them if we had any further concerns or questions. We were very happy with the professionalism shown by your employees, and would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. Thank you so much for a job well done.

    Backup Sump Pump Installation

    First, I would like to give Linda, the customer service representative, a big thanks for her great service, friendly demeanor, and patience over the phone. She had called TWICE to inform me on the status arrival of the plumber which I appreciated regarding those ongoing updates - thank you so much Linda - don't ever change the way you do things :) Wayne, the servicing plumber, did an excellent job - he did his work exceptionally well and cleaned up after the job was done. I was a little hesitant at first but Wayne assured me that things will work out fine and they did! He was very friendly and worked very efficiently. The price was very reasonable and the service from Linda and Wayne were beyond my expectations. Bottom Line: This is how a company should run nowadays by doing the work right, at a reasonable cost, and keeping the customer informed and assured. Excellent! I am so happy with the work! Thank you Drain Rescue.

    Plumbing installation

    My husband and I just want to thank Drain Rescue for the great job they did. We had Terry come to our home to install a toilet and connect the plumbing to the sink in the same washroom. He didn't stop working until the whole job was complete. I thought this job would take longer than it actually did but, he was done in no time. The plumber was fantastic, the job was done with great precision and the price was fair enough. I will surely be using Drain Rescue again.

    Back Water Valve

    Prompt response, investigated the problem, provided a solution to install a back water valve on main drain. Quotation was reasonable. Remediation was completed in a timely manner, City Inspector approved the BWV installation and the area was filled in and the concrete floor reinstalled. We are very thankful for the excellent customer service, backed-up by warranty.

    cleared blockage of grease in pipe

    : I called the company at noontime and the plumber was at our door by 3:00PM. That fast. The plumber was able to rectify the problem in 15 minutes. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Thank you Drain Rescue :)

    Change cartridge for faucet and inspect a few other plumbing issues

    Sean came out and was fabulous. Very quick service (even on a weekend). The prices were very reasonable and Sean was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us.

    Bad smell from the basement

    I was having an issue with a bad smell coming from my basement. I had absolutely no idea what could be causing this so, I called Drain Rescue because I realized that this smell was coming directly from a drain in my basement. The customer service rep told me she would be sending over a drain specialist to assess the situation because this seemed as though it was indeed a drainage issue. The technician arrived, scoped the work and was able to determine what the problem was. Knowing I had absolutely no idea of what was going on, the tech explained everything to me and made sure I understood what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. I felt comfortable agreeing to the work he suggested needed to be done and, it was the best decision I ever made. The job was not as expensive as I thought it would be and, most importantly, I no longer have smelly basement! Thanks Drain Rescue!
