    Clogged kitchen drain

    Kitchen sink was clogged.Plumber called within 30 minutes, and came shortly thereafter. Pipe was snaked right upto main sewer pipe. Clog was cleared. Plumber also left drain opener for subsequent use.

    Replace outside pipes

    Billy Patrick and his team did an amazing job. Very quick and efficient. Billy was very patient and empathetic in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. This was very impressive to us. We will definitely be recommending Drain Rescue to our family and friends.

    kitchen drain clog

    Billy Patrick was professional informative and got the job done even though it took 2-3 times with his power tool to get the drain free.... The work was completed to my satisfaction.

    Blocked Kitchen drain

    The technician who came (Josh Weber) was thoroughly professional and not only fixed my clog but replaced the drainage pipes to give a better drainage slope. The communications from head office were excellent. Definitely recommend.

    Cleared blockage in cast iron pipe from the toilet on the 2nd floor to the main

    Billy Patrick came within the hour to our place late on a Sunday night. I was very worried I would have to wait all Monday to find someone to help us. He found the problem and dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. He was upfront about the cost and what we need to do in the future. I would hesitate to suggest people use him for any of their plumbing emergency or needs.

    Remove & replace all ceramic pipes under house due to tree roots causing sewer blockage

    This was an emergency situation & after our initial telecom Dwayne showed up within 1/2 hr. He immediately analysed & diagnosed our problem. He set up our job to start immediately the next morning & his crew were here right on time at 9am. Crews worked right through New Years Eve & New Years Day to complete a job that was larger than originally realized. All in all they did a fantastic job in a very timely manner & we are extremely pleased. We appreciated that they left our job site so neat every day and completely cleaned up everything when they were finished. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!

    Drain in Kitchen Sink

    He did a good workman like job, was very pleasant and wasted no time..I would not hesitate to call DrainRescue again as needed.There is no more to say, We were very satisfied with the repair

    Replace Sewer Drain

    The Representative, Mike was excellent and explained the work required and the time it would take. The crew who did the work were also excellent and completed the work on time. We were very pleased with the outcome.

    Locate problem. & Repairs to Storm drain connection

    Many thanks to Dwayne R for his assistance and expertise in this matter and would like to also to put in a good word for the the two plumbers that assisted him in carrying out and completing this repair. Work was done very professionally and efficiently in my opinion. I would definitely recommend your personnel and your company to my friends and neighbours . Thanks against your office staff and for their quick response in dealing with my inquiries and efficiently arranging for assistance with my urgent plumbing problem.

    latteral sewer line replacement and backflow valve installation

    After having the city replace a sewer lateral waste line I had 3 estimates done to replace the pipe from my house to the city line . All estimates were to blow in a sock through a clay weeping system to meet city line . All the estimates were within 100 dollars or so of each other but Drain Rescue suggested to dig up and install a solid plastic pipe to join to the city line. Glad I did the job properly . No more tree roots every year clogging up drains. They also did my backwater valve and assisted me with all paper work to deal with city rebate programs that are available. They did a great job as well as back filling properly laying down drop matts and cleaning up after themselves. Thanks Dwayne and crew.
