    broken pipe...lots of water

    OMG!!! I spelled my own name wrong up top. lol. Anyway, back to the reason I'm writing...my husband was at work and a pipe under the sink broke and was spraying water everywhere. I was alone and, in a panic, I called Drain Rescue. I was happy with: - The way the plumber arrived on-time and ready to service me - How he explained the problem before proceeding - How quickly and efficiently he finshed stuff - How he left my house tidey and the same way it was Thanks for rescuing me, Drain Resuce. lol.     Shower Problems

    My shower faucet was leaking and it was making a ton of noise and disturbing everyone in the house. I called Drain Rescue to take a look at it and they sent over someone the same day. The plumber quoted me $450 and said there was a lot of stuff he had to do. In the end, he ended up accomplishing everything and only charging me $400. I wanted to write this letter to show my appreciation for their service. Thank you, Summer

    Flood

    My boutique flooded and it was a total mess. I called Drain Rescue to come in and take care of the problem. They did, and I'm sorta happy. They did a bunch of stuff and fixed it, but the clean up wasn't fun. Great work Drain Rescue!I'd totally recommend them to friends and family.

    Brittany in a Bind

    I was up in Toronto on vacation from NYC, and my friend let me house sit for her. On the third day, all kids of stuff started back up in her bathtub. It was a nightmare, and I had to call a plumber (in a foreign country no less!). I found Drain Rescue in the Yellow Pages and called them. They sent someone over and they identified the problem immediately, and I called my friend to make sure the cost was cool. They fixed everything and my vacation went back to normal.

    Shower was leaking

    My shower was leaking and it was incredibly annoying. I called Drain Rescue and they came to my home and fixed the problem. The plumber they sent was nice, and informed me of all the cost invovled before he began the job. Thanks. Would recommend.

    Office Faucet Leaking

    I walked into my office last week and the faucet in the washroom was leaking. It was incredibly annoying because the sound distracted everyone. I called Drain Rescue to fix the problem, and they did. Their technician cleared things up rather quickly, and we were back to normal. Thank you for your excellent service.

    plumbing and drain

    I am happy to report that I used Drain Rescue and was happy with the service they provided. They sent a technician and that person was very professional and finished the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend to neightbors and friends.

    plumbing

    Although he arrived late, I give Joe the Plumber high marks for explaining the job and getting things done relatively quickly. I was impressed how quickly Drain Rescue was able to dispatch someone to start the job. Their customer service on the phone was excellent. They were good and I would recommend them.

    Major Drain Drama

    My son shoved playdoe down the sink repeatedly and it clogged the drain. I found Drain Rescue's ad in the Yellow Pages and I called them. They sent over a serviceperson named Cecile and she resolved the problem in a timely fashion. While she was there she also fixed the sink tap, which was good.     faucet / tap replacement (and some other minor stuff)

    My husband and I recently contracted Drain Rescue to fix our faucets in all of our bathrooms. Although this was rather unexpected and unpleasant, I wanted to take this time to write this letter in order to express my gratitude for a job extremely well-done by Dwayne. My husband and I were impressed with: - How our house was cleaned up after he left; - The measure of care Dwayne took when entering into our home; - The extra care they took to ensure the rest of the house was not disrupted by the work; - The way they completed the job in a prompt fashion; - The friendly interaction Dwayne had with our children As a person who works in the area of HR, it is rare when I encounter such a truly exemplary performance in the workplae.
