    Repair to Faucet

I had a really annoying leaking faucet. It went on for two weeks and I scheduled your company to come and give me an estimate. Everyone was very nice and accommodating when I changed my appointment three times. You were very considerate with regards to my schedule. Your plumber came and give me an estimate, and we went ahead with the work a couple days later. Everything is fixed and working wonderfully now. Thank you for a job well done! Ellen Sanderson

    Odors in the Floor Drain

We were having terrible odors coming out of our floor drain. We called Drain Rescue, after finding them on Homestars.com, and they sent over a technician. The technician, named Jason, inspected the trap, cleaned it out, and then educated me on some steps for drain aftercare. I was pretty impressed by the whole process, and would definitely use Drain Rescue again. Thank you, John

    Sink Installation

We need a new sink installed, and after trying it ourselves we broke down and decided to call Drain Rescue. Their advertisement in the Yellow Pages was the most prominent so that's why we ended up calling them. They sent over a technician and he completed (in what seemed like minutes) what it took us the entire night before to accomplish even a fraction of. I was very happy about my experience with Drain Rescue, and I am thrilled with my new sink. Tibor

Leak Above My Hot Water Tank

I had a leak coming from the copper piping directly above my hot water tank. I called a bunch of other plumbing companies and they all said that "we do not repair hot water tanks". The lovely dispatcher at Drain Rescue was the only one that allowed me to finish and FULLY EXPLAIN my problem. Once they realized that it was ABOVE the tank and not actually part of the tank they gladly sent someone over. I believe the gentleman's name was Pat. He was very thorough and professional with his assessment, and he diagnosed and cured the problem very quickly. Thank you Drain Rescue for giving me the time of day, and listening to me when no one else would. Yours truly, Donna Albee

Just a note, long overdue, to tell you that we were pleased with the job Cec Menard did for us on Dec 29, 2008, when she installed a new faucet in our kitchen sink. Cec is obviously very skilled in her work which she performs in a courteous and pleasant manner. We will be recommending her to our friends Thank you. Miranda Hall

    Flooded Basement

My basement flooded due to a backed up drain. Needless to say, this was a massive inconvenience. I called a few companies, and yours was able to respond the quickest. I was very happy with the plumber Pat that you sent over. Thank you for making my life just a little bit easier. Gloria Reiser

    Leak in the Ceiling

I had a leak in my ceiling that was clearly coming from somewhere, I just didn't know where. Drain Rescue sent someone over and he had to cut into the ceiling in order to source where the leak was coming from. Although having my ceiling cut into was a major inconvenience, the plumber was kind enough to clean up the work area and went beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was explained to me. Furthermore, he put me in contact with a company that eventually repaired the drywall. I'm a little late with this letter, but I thought I'd send it to tell you how pleased I am with your company. Thank you for the great work. Dan Belmont

Great work is what we aim for. I know it's a novel idea, but we strive to be a company that shows up on time, diagnoses your problem, presents you with a price and solves the problem.

    Drain Rescue Rescued Me!

My toilet backed up because my son flushed a toy down the toilet. I called Drain Rescue and they responded immediately. They sent over a technician named Joe, and he took care of the situation. Funny enough, he told me his son did the same thing a week earlier. I thought I would send in this note to tell everyone how impressed I was with the work.

    Frozen Pipes

It was shortly after a major storm we had a couple weeks ago...our pipes were frozen and we were have a lot of trouble unthawing them. I called Drain Rescue and the nice lady that answered the phone explained that they would be busy, but they would try and fit me in for an appointment. About an hour and a half later someone showed up and unthawed my frozen pipes. I was very happy with the plumber's demeanor and workmanship. I would definitely advise my friends to use this company. Richard

    Drain Problems at my Restaurant

I recently had drain problems at my restaurant. I called drain rescue and they sent over Dwayne to come and resolve the problem. I would like to tell everyone how professional and helpful Dwayne was. He came in, video taped my drain, assessed the problem, and offered me a solution. He was very upfront about the price before he began. This is a rarity in the trades, and I think everyone should know what a straight-forward and honest guy Dwayne is. To make a long story short, they fixed all the problems at my restaurant and now things are running smoothly.

    Answer from pro:

Drains are what we do best. Dwayne is one of our top technicians and we're glad that he had a chance to prove his value to you.
