    Drain Rescue Help Fix my Tap

    Drain Rescue come when I need sink repair. I have old tap and they replace and make work right so I can use again. I would like to give kind words to Jason the man that came to fix my tap. He did a great work.

    Repaired Shut-Off Valve for Upstairs Toilet

    The repair was made to my shut-off valve for my upstairs toilet. The job was performed with skill and percision by Joe Bava. I appreciate the plumber's ability to come in, fix the problem and leave us with a working toilet. Thank you. Ben

    Toilet Overflowed

    My toilet overflowed when I was having a party and I called Drain Rescue and they sent a technician and he resolved the problem. They kept my house clean, and arrived on time. Just thought I'd drop send this note to show my appreciation.

    Ruptured Underground Pipe

    Just a few words to thank Drain Rescue for the excellent service we received for repairing our sewer system after a rupture of the underground pipe. Shane and his helper did an excellent job in a short time and they provided great service. Some of the stuff that really stood out was: 1) Their cleanliness and respect for my property 2) Their willingness to clean the area after installing the new sewer system I was also VERY impressed by the fact that Drain Rescue sponsors 15 children each month through World Vision. Shane informed me of this while we were talking. He showed me a picture of his sponsor child, Peter, and said that a percentage of all service calls benefit the "Children of Drain Rescue". In this day and age, that is something to be commended. The only thing that will outlast Drain Rescue's good plumbing and drainage work is the positive impact they have on the lives' of the world's children. Thank you, Mecurio

    Pipe Leaking in Upstairs Bathroom

    This letter is in regards to some recent work that was done in my home by your company the week of November 6, 2008. We had a leak in the pipe of our upstairs bathroom, and had to have major pipes replaced. I just wanted to letyou know the plumber you sent, a Mrs. Cec, who worked our job did a very efficient job and made sure everything was in working order before she finished the job. Mrs. Cec was very professional and very friendly and curtious and I would highly recommend her to all my friends. I was very pleased with her hardwork and your company's work.     Power Flush, Main Kitchen Drain

    This letter is to indicate the outstanding work performed by your technician, Dwayne. He came on Nov. 14th to tell me that the drain line from the kitchen sink needed to be flushed clean due to grease residue. Came back on Nov 17th and managed to clean it out for me completely. He was very professional, and well-spoken and performed his duties very well. I wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Rescue again in the future. Thank you for your services!

    Install Kitchen Faucet...Drill to Basement for Reconnection

    We are very happy with the service provided by Joe B. Joe was very professional from start to finish of the job. We were without water in the kitchen for six months due to other delay with the kitchen company, but today Joe made it all possible and completed project very well; exactly as he guessed. Joe is very cool minded and easy to work with and LISTENS TO THE CUSTOMER, and provided expert advice on plumbing. I would definitely recommend his service for friends and family. Excellent job Joe!!     Water Leaking From Upstairs Bathroom

    Thank you very much for sending Cec, the service technician to help us with our problem. Cec was very conscious about putting on her shoe protectors and keeping her work area clean. She went to work right away and in no time discovered where the problem was. Cec was also very informative, explaining what the best course of action would be and the possible causes of the problem. I would highly recommend Cec to anyone needing a plumber! Cec was at my home on Nov. 19, 2008. Once again, thank you. I hope I never have to call a plumber, but if I do I will be sure to call you.     Emergency Toilet Problems

    As embarassing as this is to write, I was having toilet problems. Things backed up and had already over flowed once, and as the day went on it was becoming increasingly apparent that I wasn't going to fix this with a plunger. I had no choice but to call a plumber, which really irritated me because of how much they charge. I ended up calling Drain Rescue and they sent someone out to assess the situation. They came up here and had the problem fixed within an hour and a half. Other than the fact the plumber was 20 minutes late (he claimed traffic), I was happy with the results. I would pass along Drain Rescue's information to anyone of my friends or colleagues that was in need of plumbing services. Thank you!
