    Install 2 new toilets in older home

    Our problem has been satisfied and the employees were all very kind and courteous. They worked very hard to fix everything. Therefore we are upgrading our grade for this job to nine stars. Carole and Ben Mucke.

    Kitchen sink drainage repair

    Called this company to repair drainage under the kitchen sink. We have 2 sinks: main sink and a smaller one. The pipe under the smaller one kept falling off and decoupling and we wanted a permanent fix. My wife was home, I wasnt. Repair guy just put a washer around the nut and tightened and charged $250.00 for a 2 minute job. lo and behold the drain slipped again and we had a flood. Called their office and they would not accept responsibility. Got another plumber who fixed for half the price by changing the drain pipes. terrible company who uses plumbers whose qualifications are suspect

    Thanks for your feedback. For some reason you didn’t mention that our plumber repaired your sink in Jan 2019 and you called us back in May 2019 complaining about leak. Office explained to you that warranty on the repairs done in January 2019 already expired and then you decided to write this feedback. Please note that we do warranty our work as indicated on our invoice/contract. It is wrong of customer to expect that because work was done for them before that company is obligated to go back and fix an issue again just because customer can write a bad review.

    PAID DOUBLE!! Got Compariables After for less than HALF the Price

    After much back and forth ... The owner of the company has refunded me the difference that was over charged. I am satisfied with the outcome. Nothing further to add.

    Leak under kitchen sink

    I found a leak under the kitchen sink that was slightly more than a drip and water coming into the kitchen. Called the first company and was on hold forever so hung up and tried Drain Rescue Plumbers and phone was answered immediately. I was given an approximate ETA but the person called and showed up sooner (in 15 minutes), assessed the problem and fixed it immediately. I am very happy with the response time and the work not taking away from how polite and good the person who came to do the work was. Thank you for a job well done.

    We started with a sewer backup to discover our p-trap was the issue. We tried to snake it but couldn't. Called in a professional who tried as well. Tree roots had damaged our piping. We were left with no choice but to have it replaced. Was quoted right on the spot. We arranged for them to return on the weekend to repair that job. When they ran a camera through they found another area damaged by tree roots. They were will to stay and repair that part as well. It was all finished in the one day. Good team of two did a great job.

    Replacing septic line to tank

    Second time using this company. Had to dig 4ft down and 45ft across in frozen ground, in freezing rain-worked 13 hours to finish in one day. Guys were very polite and worked hard, disturbing as little as possible to work site. Highly recommend Drain Rescue!!!!!

    Bathroom sink drain

    Excellent ease of making an appointment. Prompt and efficient service and follow up. I recommend this company for any problems you may find in your home. Their expertise and thoroughness led me a happy customer.

    New faucet and required parts and unplugged my bath tub

    BRIAN the plumber who came out was great did the work was very professional would recommend him to anyone for sure. From Randy that took my call and arranged everything the experience was great. Thanks to everyone.

    water leak in bathroom

    had a water leak in the shower. Randy showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He give us a few choices of what we could do and we made the decision to repair. Randy fixed the problem.

    Unclogging of Sink Drains

    Had clogged drains in the Women's washroom in our church facility. Was able to book an appointment right away and everything was done quickly and smoothly. Technician was very nice.
