    Kitchen Plumbing

    We called Drain Rescue Plumbers to fix a big leak in our kitchen. They arrived the next day and completed the work very fast and are very professional. We are very pleased with their service and will call them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

    Kitchen sink clog

    Had a kitchen sink clog I gave Drain Rescue Plumber a try. The guy they sent was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing and kept me at ease that he wasn't going to up sell me. I would utilize their service again for my plumbing needs!

    Last minute call. They were here in less than an hour!!

    I'm so impressed with this company. I had someone else scheduled to come this morning to do some repairs and they cancelled at the last minute. I called Drain Rescue Plumbing and they had a technician here in less than an hour. Brian was professional, quick, friendly and had everything needed to fix all three plumbing issues in my home. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the exceptional service that you provided today.

    Drain Blockage + Backflow Valve Insltallation

    Provided a very professional service It was a quick, efficient and clean job The backflow cap was a bit crooked, made the tiling around it a bit difficult and the service was a bit pricey But overall a good job!

    Replace valve

    He was very informative , very kind , and even cleaned the mess afterwards, it all didn’t get fixed but not there fault and they informed me what else needs to be done .

    Kitchen Sink Clogged

    My kitchen sink was clogged; Mohammed came in very professional. Checked the kitchen drain and the main drain in the basement and decided to start with running a snake through the pipes which worked like a charm. Mohammed was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Mohammed. I did however find 355+HST was a very expense for a service call. When I called in I told the phone rep that I don't have an emergency I can wait until business hours and I was told there would be no difference in the price. It took Mohammed about 20 minutes.

    Bathroom Drain repair by Drain Rescue Plumbers

    I was greatly relieved that Drain Rescue guaranteed repairing my drain on a Monday, and that the receptionist called me to confirm their arrival time and the cost estimate. Their plumber - Wayne - arrived promptly, he covered his shoes, and worked thoughtfully and politely. Most importantly, he immediately knew how to expedite the repair, which he clearly explained. I also really appreciated that he kept a clean and tidy job site. Wayne was professional and I was comfortable with him in my home. I will certainly rely on Drain Rescue Plumbers in the future, and I would proudly recommend them to my friends and neighbours. Thank you so much.

    Main Drain Fix

    Our main drain line backed up at 1:00 AM on a Tuesday in the middle of the coldest few days in January after a big snow storm. Charles was at the house in less than an hour, assessed the situation as roots blocking the pipe and had a plan to fix the problem all by 3:30 AM. He also got limited water flowing so at least we weren't completely out of luck. Following the necessary pre-dig location services on Wednesday, Charles and his crew were at the house Thursday at 8:30 AM. I've never seen an 8 foot hole dug so quickly and in incredibly cold temperatures. The pipe was replaced and the hole was back-filled all by 1:30 PM. They swept up and it was like they were never there. Fast, quality work really well done! Thanks Drain Rescue!

    Drain Issues

    One day before the closing date for our move, our 2 main washrooms would not drain. We had recently added a second bathroom to the upper level (I conclude that construction debris must have clogged the main drain) our contractor was not taking any responsibility. Drain Rescue came to my rescue. They came immediately, arranged for another crew to come power flush the drains , all on a moments notice. The service was exceptional. I would recommend this company without hesitation

    KItchen Faucet replacement

    Drain Rescue Plumbers was excellent in their communications and handled an initial problem promptly and to our satisfaction. Their service technician , Mohammed did an excellent job doing a difficult installation of our kitchen faucet. He was courteous and left the place immaculate after completing the job
