    sofa and chair protection

    First time using this service but we have not been disappointed. We had our sectional and chairs done. The customer service we received from Paul was exceptional and will definitely be using fiber protection again!

    Fabric protection for couch

    Showed up the next day after contacting them. They were fast friendly and gave a great explanation of what to do if there is a spill and how to use their spot remover

    Fabric Protection for New Furniture

    Quality product..quality work. Excellent customer service. Wish everyone was as professional as Paul and his team. I am confident help is just a phone call away if I should ever need again. The goody bag of stain removal spray also nice touch !

    Stain removal

    Long story short i fell asleep on the couch with a chocolate in my pocket and it melted onto our couch cushion and left a stain I didn't think was going to come off, my wife was not very impressed lol. I called Paul because we sprayed our couch with Fiber Protection. 1. He returned my call immediately 2. He honored our warranty even though it just recently expired 3. He provided great customer care and offered more then he needed to The result was the best as we couldn't even tell where the stain originally was and it was done within 2 business days. I am sending Paul the before and after pictures so he can share it with his clients and potential clients as to show the level of work that Fiber Protection provides. Overall we are extremely happy with the result and I was even more impressed with the level of service and care Paul and his team provided to us! Being in the service industry for 20 years myself I understand what separates good companies from great companies and his honesty, dedication, quality of work should be everything a client looks for in any service provider. He has a loyal customer in us 100%. Although we hope we don't damage our fabric too often lol we know that we will be in good hands if it does happen again.

    Furniture Protection

    Very professional and helpful. Paul walked me through the entire care process while his team completed the protection of our Sofa, Dining Room Chairs and Carpet. I have no doubt that if the situation required they would be their to assist on any after care. In short Peace of Mind. Would totally recommend

    Furniture Protection

    A totally enjoyable and professional experience. Paul who is very honest and engaging gave the full instructions for continuing care while the team did the protection process. Have no doubt that if after care would be required they would be on site without hesitation. Would for sure highly recommend.

    Fiber protect new furniture

    I recently purchased new furniture for my main floor. Most of the fabrics were white!!! So I was very nervous about spills and stains. I found Fiber Protection Services on Home Stars and chose them because of the many 5 star reviews. Now I know why there are so many. I called Paul and left a message. Within 15 minutes (which is unheard of) he called me back and left me a long voice message about the services he offers. I booked his services immediately and his team came out today to protect my furniture. They also educated me on the “chemistry” of stains and what to do in the event of one with their at-home kit that is included. While I haven’t spilled anything....YET (with 2 teenagers and a dog!) I’m sure I won’t have any problems cleaning up after a spill. And if I can’t clean it myself, they will come out and do it for you. I highly recommend protecting your furniture with Fiber Protection Services. Their customer service and products sets them apart from all the rest!

    If you want a peace of mind, Fiber Protection is the way to go. Paul is very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. He takes the time to explain the product and instills confidence in the services they provide.

    fabric protection for furniture

    excellent service and value! having just purchased new upholstered furniture and area carpet, i was keen to protect the pieces from any damaging encounters from food or drink. paul lucas was very highly recommended, and did not disappoint. the team was professional, courteous and thorough, and i am telling everyone about them! thank you!
