    Furniture protection

    Fibre protect sprayed and protected our new furniture. Left a protection and kit and I now have piece of mind!

    Fiber protection

    Fibre Protection

    We have had two service calls to Fiber Protection to assist with 'mishaps' on our outdoor furniture and we have been extremely pleased with both the responsiveness of their product and their customer service. This company delivers 100% on what they sell. The protection works and they respond to you when you call for help. This fiber protection takes away the fears of purchasing light colour fabrics. Our cream coloured outdoor patio furniture had a pesky racoon walk all over it one night and in the morning I was shocked at the black hand and foot prints. I called Paul at Fiber Protection and he sent out a van to retrieve the cushions and they cleaned them to perfection at their shop and returned them within a few days. More recently we had squirrels soil the cushions and Fiber Protection send out a technician who expertly cleaned the fibers and restored them to their original state. We even dumped an entire Starbucks Venti black coffee on our living room couch and we used the home treatment package that was supplied at the time of protection and the entire coffee stain was removed. Once it dried, you can't tell what cushion the spill happened upon. I can't stress enough how happy we are with this service and this product. It gives me peace of mind as its kind of like insurance that our furniture will look great for years to come. Spend the extra at the beginning and reap the benefit of the protection for a very long time. Can't say enough great things about this company and their team of dedicated professionals. Don't wait, get your fabrics protected.

    Furniture Protection

    Fiber Protection Services, specifically Paul and his team, came out to protect our new expensive furniture as we were getting ready to host a big party in a few days. In total we protected 9 pieces of furniture and area rugs. Not only was the team professional, all pieces were completed thoroughly and meticulously, while also being careful with our other pieces of furniture. Paul also walked us through their product, their maintenance services, and even trained us how and when to treat different stains, with the use of their products, how to spot clean, etc. After Paul and the team left the first time, we decided to also protect our very expensive leather couch. We knew the service would be impeccable and that our couch would have only the best product used to protect it. Even though it was a last minute request, Paul went out of his way to find time in the same week while still as pleasant as the first time we met him. Our party was a hit and the whole time, we never worried about any spills or food stains since we knew we were covered with maintenance service if a serious spill happened. Paul’s fantastic customer service and willingness to go above and beyond really put us at ease and we knew we made the right choice with Fiber Protection Services. We highly recommend Fiber Protection Services and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Family room couch

    One week with my beautiful, custom couch and I discovered my son's t-shirt had transferred blue dye all over it! I immediately called Paul at Fiber Protection (at 830am none the less) panicked and within hours someone was at the house removing the stain! I never anticipated needing the service so soon and couldn't be more thrilled that we protected our couch when we did. It's rare to find a company so committed to customer service, Fiber Protection exceeded my expectations and reassured me they'd take care of it each step of the way. Thank you Paul and the FB team!

    Upholstery and carpet cleaning

    Jeff was friendly and thorough. Our indoor, outdoor upholstery and carpets were cleaned by fiber protection. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. The team was professional and extremely thorough

    Protected new love seat, sofa and area rug

    Fibre protection services sprayed all of my new furniture and area rug. Paul’s attention to detail and customer service is second to none! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for protection of furniture or area rugs. Thanks again Paul!

    Sofa and chair fibre protection service

    Our furniture was treated with a fibre protection spray that gives an excellent protection from spills. There is a maintenance service available if a serious spill happens.

    Great fabric and rug cleaning and protection

    Last year we purchased two side chairs from a great store on King Street East, Toronto. This past Christmas we also purchased a new silk and viscose area rug for our living room. We noticed some staining on the back of one chair likely due to hair products rubbing off in that one spot. We had also read that silk rugs are durable but any viscose content would wear over time based on foot traffic. Fiber Protection Services came highly recommended from the store we bought our chairs. It was easy to make arrangements with Paul and he was able to provide us with an estimate and some advice about the chair, namely whether a spot cleaning might work vs. a full cleaning before protection. Paul came to our condo and brought along a great father and son team who did a great job spot cleaning the chair. They were all very informative and it was great customer service. The team then went on to protect both chairs and our silk and viscose rug. Rates were very reasonable and the estimated fee for the chair spot cleaning was reduced as it was a small area. The fiber protection kit is great to have and we now know how to treat any future stains. The chairs and rug only needed 4 hours drying before we could use them again. Impressive. We highly recommend Fiber Protection Services for any fabric cleaning and protection you may have.

    Amazing rug cleaning and protection service

    We have a nice, new wool/viscose rug that is proving hard to keep clean, thanks to its light colour and our aging dog. Jeff was amazing to deal with in explaining his services. We got the rug cleaned (looks better than new) and protected from future stains. And best of all - if you end up having a stain that you aren't able to treat yourself, the team comes back to get the stain out for you. I am so impressed and will recommend to everyone I know - especially people with dogs!!
