    Panel upgrade, EV Charging circuit, plus odds and ends

    I worked directly with Angie, Matthew and Luciano from this family company. All were an absolute pleasure to work with. Matthew did the site visit and pricing, giving me options and recommendations, without pressure. I am very pleased with the high quality of the work and their attention to detail. I will be sure to call upon this team next time I have electrical work to be done and will refer any friends or neighbours as well.

    Light fixtures installation

    Matthew is professional, reliable, friendly, and does a great job. Ive used him on several occasions now and he will be my first and only call next time I need some electrical work done.

    Pot lights

    Matthew and Steven are a great team! Punctual, knowledgeable and professional. They did the job exactly as planned and gave me great advice for my next project. If you want a job done well call these guys.

    Update surge protector, install smoke detectors and outdoor security lights

    We placed a service call with Hi-Lite Electric Inc. Angie got back to us immediately. Mathew the electrician arrived the following day. Great service and polite electrician. Highly recommend Hi-Electric Inc. for future electrical service to our home. Nicky & Greg

    New 200 amp panel I dtal

    A great experience with this family run business. Would highly recommend. Matthew was top notch from initial sales visit to completion of job. His capable assistants (Dad and brother) were outstanding as well. Kudos to Mom for keeping us all organized.

    Matthew, the service person, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely and efficient. The contact person was also very personable friendly, helpful and professional. A pleasure to deal with!

    Pot lights

    This is the first time Ive used Hi-Lite Electric, and I would absolutely recommend their services! Originally our kitchen was poorly lit, so we had Hi-Lite come out to install pot lights and wow, what a significant difference! Getting a quote was easy, and we found their prices to be fair. Matthew and Steven were very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process which I greatly appreciate. They also cleaned up afterwards which is amazing. Will absolutely be calling them again for my electrical needs!

    Install of electrical outlet for dishwasher

    Steven and Matthew were amazing. It was an urgent request and they were able accommodate within the hour. Their work is impeccable. In fact we are repeat customers and will remain loyal.

    Flush mount light fixture install

    Originally I was quoted $110 for one single light fixture install. On the actual day of the installation after the service was completed, I was told that the total cost was $236.17 as they charge for the travel cost, labour and taxes. I wouldnt not use this company in the future again as they should have quoted me the full cost including their labour, taxes etc.

    Replacement of meter base & electrical panel

    If I could give Hi Lite a rating of 100/10 I would! Steven, Matthew and Luciano were a great choice to address the emergency electrical issues at my house. They had incredible patience to answer all of my questions and concerns, were efficient in their work and came in on budget, as quoted. Total professionals - my basement and driveway area where the work was done was cleaned up before they left. I will be recommending Hi Lite to my family and friends.
