I had an excellent experience with Hi-Lite Electrical! They recently upgraded our electrical panel, replaced pot lights, installed dimmer switches, and even changed out the fans in several bathrooms. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done to the highest standards. The work was completed on time, and the results are fantastic. They even installed three networked smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for me free of charge. Really happy with their work. Completed all electrical for my basement renovation including permitting, pot lights, switches/dimmers, bathroom fan, and sockets. Very responsive throughout the process. Showed up for appointments as promised. The best part (I have dealt with many trades over the years and have never experienced this), they over communicate. I knew exactly what was going on at all times and what the next steps were. Very refreshing. Will definitely call them again when I need electricians. Will also recommend without hesitation.

From Luciano to Matthew and Steven, they were all helpful, professional and able to solve all my electrical issues. Luciano took the time to patiently answer my questions over the phone. I received notifications regarding the timing of the visit the day they were to do work and they arrived on schedule. Matthew is a master electrician and was knowledgeable of all the issues I had. Both Matthew and Steven worked diligently, professionally and always took the time to explain any issues to me.
