The serviceman was courteous, friendly and efficient. My issue is the outrageous price! More time should have been taken initially to assess the problem completely before quoting me one price and then when it came down to actually doing the work the next day it was $400 more because there were additional problems. As a result I was disappointed and probably will not use this company again. In speaking with others afterwards, I discovered I could have paid 1/3 the price with another company for the exact work I had done - a lesson learned for me!

A+!! HIGHLY Recommended! I phoned the company and 1 1/2 hr. later, same day!! Marcel the plumber was here. He was fast, efficient and had lots of patience to explain things to me. I was VERY impressed and would recommend this company to anybody in need. What I also liked is that they give you a quote for the job that has to be done, no matter if it takes 1 or 3,4,5 hrs. We had a Kinetico Water Softener and Tank installed to replace our old systems. Service was excellent. Removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment went smoothly. Technicians (Matt & Pete)very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Bringing home a newborn from the hospital, we were greated with a broken air conditioner and a massive heat wave. J&S responded quickly, and had our air conditioner fixed fast. They were a life saver!!!

We contacted J&S Services regarding a new Kinetico Water Softener system and took advantage of their FREE Home Water Inspection Test. Matt explained to us the results of our current water and was very knowledgeable on the different systems available and advised us on the best solution for our home. Installation took place within days of our system choice; Matt was very courteous to our home and talked us through the installation process, how to use the product and the after-care options. We noticed a leak within 24hrs after installation and called J&S Services immediately. Matt came over straight away to review and fix the problem. Our system is working great and we are now enjoying the benefits of soft water, which we would recommend to every home-owner. J&S Services were a joy to work with and their service was first- class from start to finish … Matt was fantastic. We recommend J&S Services to anyone!

On a Thursday around noon, in the middle of a heat wave, my wife and I brought our newborn son home. By 4 in the afternoon it was sweltering in the house. We called J&S and from the minute they answered the call they were a top notch service. The technicians that came to the house were terrific, explaining everything they were doing along the way. Terry at their head office couldn't be any more pleasant on the phone, calling every day until our unit was fixed to update us on the status as well as check in on the baby. I would highly recommend J&S to anyone needing their services, and I will definitely use them in the future as the need arises. Thanks J&S!!!

The most recent call to J and S was for assistance with the Kinetico system that I have installed. There was prompt response on the 'phone and the technician arrived an hour later. This was not an urgent call. Work was completed efficiently. Good service (and prompt) has always been the case when dealing with J and S.

Although it took three install dates to get my unit installed, the installers showed up each time ready to do the installation. (1st date issues to be resolved with location, 2nd date arrived just after 9:00 due to unforeseen difficulties with a service call but would have worked until 1 - 2:00 in morning to complete, 3rd time completed the job.) Compensation was also given for the intall mix ups and concerns. Terry in their office called to keep me updated when the installers were going to be late. Both the office and installers were helpful, professional and great to deal with.

After 2 other companies were only interested in selling me a new $2000 tankless system, J&S took the time to properly analyze the problem and recommend a $200 repair instead. From the professionalism of the initial call, the quick response to get onsite when they heard I was leaking water, to the friendly, knowledgeable plumber who fixed my leak, J&S made the bad situation a positive experience. I’m happy to recommend J&S and, in fact, I already have.

Fast reliable service, arrived and completed the job as promised. Rob the tech was very courteous,conscientious and had great attention to detail.I would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.
