I have tried many local plumbing businesses in the past, and I have been truely disappointed in many aspects (which I wont get into). I called J&S plumbing when I was in a real jam. They showed up in a timely manner (24 hr service), and were extremely professional. They worked quickly (which helps when you are paying by the hr), and were so clean. They covered their shoes to prevent dirt from entering the house. They were polite, and took time to explain how to prevent such a catastrophe from future occurances. I was so happy with their service in EVER aspect, I just wanted to hug the guys when they were done. I will NEVER try any other plumbing company ever again. J&S is my first choice without any hesitation. They now do HVAC as well, so this is wonderful. I would reccommend this company to anyone who asks. Try them I assure you, you will NOT be dissappointed!! THANKS J&S!!!

Started as toilet leaking, J&S found wrong pipes used by builder and that the plumbing was routed incorrectly. We had to replace the bathroom floor and they patiently waited while we did this, and then redid all the pipes into and out of the toilet and into the stack. They were great, explained everything, were very patient and checked everything over for leaks etc. before leaving. Wayne and his assistant were very super, I can't thank them enough

Great experience overall!! On time, couteous, friendly and most of all KNOWLEDGABLE. Was given options to repair or replace my choice. Went with the replacement, made more sense! Very reasonable Investment. Will defenitly recommend this companyto anyone. They get the job done! Thanks for your help!!!!!!

I am on a well and got expert information and recommendations from their water specialist Matt. He was very thorough. Everyone I talked to was very curteous and they were there when they said they'd be. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and I will definately use them for my future needs.

My drain was blocked and I had sewage coming up from my floor drain in the basement. I called 3 different plumbing companies at 11pm on a Saturday, J&S was the only company to call me back, Claudio was at my door by 11:30, he was very polite and friendly, assured me that he would be able to fix the problem. Claudio took the extra time to clean up the mess the blocked drain caused. thanks Claudio and J&S

Job was changing all old galvanized pipe in the house to copper. He changed everything except lines to bathroom sink, "because they were too hard to get at". I wasn't happy, but allowed this. Later the connection he made between these and his new copper lines started to leak. A guy came back and made a new connection, which also began to leak in a few months. Eventually I changed these lines myself, but mad that I had to because it should have all been part of the first job -- estimate was for ALL pipe in house, not "except bathroom sink". Meanwhile the math was wrong when he made up the final bill, and he wrote down a $200 discount but didn't subtract it from the total. Didn't notice that at first, overpaid by $200, then later noticed and phoned. Secretary could not do math and argued. Eventually got the money back but not friendly. Worst of all is their "service partner program". The plumber told me that if I signed up for this, I would pay so much a month for one year but it would entitle me to a percentage discount on the work, which was worth more than the total monthly sum over the year. So I signed up, and got the discount, and had the plan amount put on my credit card every month. BUT the year ended and they kept taking the amount off every month. I had to keep cancelling it. They told me there was nothing about 'one year only' in the plan. Well when the plumber is in your house he's the company's rep and you can only go by what he tells you, and "Louis" said one year.

We had a toilet that leaked at the base and we could not seem to fix it with new wax rings etc. J&S Plumbing came out and assessed the problem, finding that the builder used wrong size pipes, had the water input not plumbed correctly etc. They basically had to replace all of the lines into and out of the toilet, even waited while we had the rotted flooring replaced. They did a great job and performed all of this in one day. We have not had a problem with that toilet since.

The tech (claudio) had a tough time because of how plugged the pipe was. We had just bought the house and had no idea what they were up against. It took awhile but they unplugged it. THANKS SO MUCH JS! We were leaving for europe the next morning and the office staff did everything to get him there that day. I would definetly recommend JS Plumbing to everyone.

I had decided to go with J&S plumbing because of the work they did on Sarah's house on HGTV. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The plumber arrived on time and was very pleasant. We had to have the kitchen faucet replaced. He certainly did a wonderful and efficient job and in a timely manner. My concern was the price for about 10 minutes of time to replace the faucet. I believe the price is way too high. Therefore, I will not call J&S again for my plumbing needs.

They were there on time, tidy, quick and friendly.
