Kyle and crew arrived on time, were very courteous, and they kept my house nice and clean while they did the work. They were in and out in under 2 hours and despite the type of work they were doing you would never know they had been here it was so clean. I can immediately tell the difference and my kiddos rooms are far less cold than before. Highly Recommend these gents!

I had Knox Insulation do an attic top up in November. He was recommended to me by my dad, who had Knox Insulation top up their attic, and also our club house. Kyle was very professional, knowledgable and very reasonably priced. After all his work he explained exactly what he did and showed us pictures that he took on his phone. He installed baffles and topped the insulation up to R50 level. We had a history of ice damns for many winters and this year he didn't get any! It also lowered our heating bills by a significant amount. I would recommend Kyle of Knox Insulation to anyone!

Knox is such a bad company. It was a bad experience. Kyle never answer phone calls. I’ve called Better Business Bureau and was told that Knox was probably out of business because they have no response for the complaints. BBB has tried to contact Knox a few times and never got a response back. Just be careful with Knox Insulation and Roofing

I had Kyle and his helper in to top up the attic insulation to R60 in our 60 year old bungalow. They showed up on time and did a great job. Very clean and I would definitely recommend them. Can't wait to see the energy bills drop. Keep up the good work.

Knox Insulation recently completed an insulation job in our attic. They arrived on time and Kyle explained what they would be doing to upgrade the insulation. We were very pleased with their work. They were efficient and professional and kept the area clean.

Called knox insulation to top up my attic to R50. Kyle showed up right on time, inspected the attic and showed me various problems in the attic with bare spots in insulation and improper venting done by previous contractors. All problems I suspected due to our bathroom upstairs being very cold during winters and having some moisture problems in the shower. Kyle fixed the venting, topped up the insulation, checked all pot lights and baffles and also weather stripped the attic hatch. Cleaned up very well after and showed me the final product by letting me go up in the attic. I hope to have a much more comfortable upstairs now. Thanks Knox insulation.

Contacted Knox Insulation to install 2 new roof vents, 2 insulated duct pipes to kitchen and bath exhaust fans, and upgrade attic insulation to R50. Their quote was very competitive (in the middle of 3 quotes). Began with a scheduling error which was corrected immediately by Kyle from Knox, with an expedited work date. Kyle and Harvey showed first thing on the scheduled morning and prepared the work site with drop clothes. They were finished within 3 hours and vacuumed the work area after removing the drop clothes. Kyle asked if I would have a look in the attic and I could not believe the even lay of the blown insulation (looks like a carpet). He also showed me a photo he took of the duct pipe connections so I would be comfortable with that work (used proper clamps, not just tape). We have not had rain since the work was done, but given the quality of the other work performed I do not anticipate any leaking issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Knox.

Kyle and Harvey came on time in the morning. They made sure all the paper work was explained clearly before the work. They brought drop sheet to ensure there was minimal dust during the work, and they also did a very good clean job afterwards. The attic now has a R50. We are expecting a warmer winter inside our second floor with the air filling, weather stripping, and the thick insulation. Thanks, Kyle and Harvey!

Kyle came today and insulated my attic.I have a 50 year old house with original insulation.They explained everything to me, worked quickly, showed up on time and were very clean in my home.Would have them back anytime.
