Kyle and Harvey arrived on time and performed the work quickly. They brought dropclothes, kept a clean working area, and tidied up when they left. The ridge vents were installed as agreed. I am looking forward to a lower heating and cooling bill. I will recommend my family and friends use Knox for Insulation needs.

Knox Insulation completed an insulation job in our attic in the spring and a roof job this fall. They were efficient, clean, and professional. Their workmanship was excellent and work was completed per the agreed upon terms of the job.

Knox Insulation & Roofing lived up to its reputation for delivering a quality product on time and as quoted. We dealt with Kyle and found him to be informative, efficient and personable. It was a pleasure to meet him and his assistant, Harv, and we are very pleased with the improvements made to our home.

I had my attic and two knee walls insulated, and two roof vents installed. I had a very pleasant experience as Kyle was informative, efficient, thorough, and vacuumed after the work was complete. I'm also pleased that Knox Insulation uses an environmentally friendly product. I am still waiting for them to complete the insulation of the door to the knee wall.

Kent n Kyle - great team. Out of the 4 insulation companies I called, Kent was the only one who was willing to visit on a Saturday morning to give me a quotation. He was punctual and precise. Saturday - quotation. Monday - insulation done!! Kyle did the insulation - neat work and cleaned up after the job was done. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this family business.

I hired Knox Insulation/Roofing after Kyle did a good job selling his services to me promising a thorough job. The contract included blown insulation plus installation of baffles to increase attic venting/circulation and connection of venting from a kitchen and several bathroom fans. Kyle came to perform the work and ensured I did not have to be there as I could not take time off work. I got a call from Kyle saying that the work was done and asking for payment. I paid Kyle in good faith, actually paid his wife by email transfer. After payment I learned the baffle and venting work were not done. After continually contacting Kyle he finally got back to me saying he would come back to do the work later in the week. I never heard back from him. I tried to contact him many times after and he has not responded to me. I will have to get another company to do the work and charge the cost to Knox Insulation. Very poor customer service from this company. I am very disappointed a "family" run company has treated me this way for no reason.

Kent and Kyle were very responsive, timely and professional. It was very easy and pleasant communicating with them. They made sure to clean up after the job was complete and they patiently explained in detail everything required during the estimation process and after they finished the job. Very fair pricing and I wouldn't hesitant recommending them.

An excellent job completed by Kyle and his helper on a very rainy day.Very refreshing to have someone so honest , hospitable and generous, completing the work in this day and age. We would not hesitate to call Kyle again if needed{perhaps a roof in the future!}.

Very pleased with the experience from start to end. Kent and his team were pleasant, no pressure. On installation day, they arrived right on time, were pleasant and courteous. Called Kent to inquire about pricing and procedure. Kent answered all of my questions, gave me a walk through of the procedure and told me a little about the business and their tenure in the industry. Absolutely no pressure to book an appointment even after chatting insulation for 1/2 hour. After checking other contractors, Knox was the best price and they definitely delivered! A 2-man team arrived in time, gave me a quick walk through and even advised that the door would be slightly open, concerned about the dog running out which is nice. The job was done in under 2 hours, allowed me to inspect the work, provided a receipt and a pamphlet with some info about the cellulose fibre insulation used. Quick clean up. Overall, very impressed with the work, professionalism and honesty of the company! Would definitely recommend Knox to anyone looking for attic insulation. Great job guys
