    Always A Great Job!

    Leaside Plumbing is the only plumbing company I'd call. I've used them a number of times, and each time they are quick to respond (if I leave a message), they always arrive at the time they said they would, are extremely professional, and most importantly, do a very good job .... every single time! I completely trust them "not to rip me off", as well as being in my home. There is no mess left when they leave, only a job well done! I highly recommend Leaside Plumbing!

    Replace boiler valve

    Leaside's website pictures the original father/son founders, implying they are still the plumbers. Discovered that's not the case. Boiler relief valve was replaced 3 times within a few days. Not what I expected from a "family" owned business. A different plumber fixed the problem for a service call only.

    Water Valve Replacement

    We've always relied on Leaside Plumbing whenever necessary and have never been disappointed. The guys are friendly and always happy to offer advice beyond what is required of the job. Also, when they say they will be there, they're there!

    General Maintenance

    Great service once again from the folks at Leaside - Jonathan was on time, friendly, and efficient. He was also very helpful as we are looking to do some work in the basement and gave us an estimate that we can work with for some plumbing rework. Highly recommend for folks with Hot Water rads!

    Tankless Water Heater repair

    Tankless Water Heater goes bust just before Christmas and to boot we are having part of the family (15) for an annual dinner on the 23rd. No hot water....no dinner....and Santa might not even show! To the rescue come Jonathan from Leaside. Prompt, efficient and did everything he could to ensure we were back in "hot water" so I could get out of it with my significant other! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan and the Leaside team. I now have them on my most trusted list of firms I deal with for home maintenance/repairs.

    Faucet installation and HVAC work

    Received excellent service today by Leaside. An employee by the name of Dylan was my tech and he did a fantastic job. Very polite, very professional and I could not be happier with the results. I will definitley use this company again. A+!

    Heating Plumbing Repairs

    Needed to replace a short stretch (8 feet) of heating pipe in the basement. Original estimate for work was $1200, which was similar to other estimates from competitors. Final cost was $2700, which I received no warning while they were doing the work. Their hourly billing rate is really high, so when they had to make runs for additional parts, the price sky rocketed. There was additional follow up work, which they were quoting 7 - 8k. Ended up going with another plumber for much less. I won't recommend or use them in the future. Edit: After talking with the owner, we agreed that the problems stem from poor communication between the individual that did the estimate and the individual that did the work, as well the changes in the scope of the work were poorly communicated to me. We have agreed to return to the originally agreed upon price and refunded the additional fees.

    Replacement of shower

    Dan Whittaker, from Leaside Plumbing and Heating, was timely, polite and worked well and cleanly to complete the job of installing my new shower. I would not hesitate to call this company again for any plumbing issues.

    Plumbing

    We were thinking we might have to replace the upstairs toilet. Leaside arrived promptly and in short order efficiently restored it's functionality. For minimal cost, we'll get a number of additional years of use.

    Instal 2 toilets and kitchen faucet

    This job was done on time and on budget. The job was done efficiently, cleanly and intelligently. Two staff on site were helpful, informative and skilled. I would recomend them anytime.
