I was referred to Leaside Plumbing by a neighbor & am extremely glad that I called them. I had leaky faucets in both bathrooms & kitchen, plus the toilet needed an upgrade. I made an appointment using their website's online tool & Jonathan showed up as promised. He made recommendations for all the issues, answered questions I had about alternatives and started working. 3.5 hours later, I had 2 new faucets, 5 new shutoff valves, 1 fixed broken faucet and a brand new toilet - supplied, delivered and installed. I have to say that this is the first time someone has come into the house and took off their shoes without being asked. Plus, it is also the first time that any repair has been completed without any fuss or mess. Jonathan worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible with as little disruption as possible. Since I work from home, I was able to continue working without having to worry about being disrupted. Thank you Jonathan for your courtesy and professionalism.

Finding trades that you can trust is always tough, but I would highly recommend Leaside Plumbing to anyone looking for on-time, courteous and excellent workmanship. Their technician found the problem, explained the parts that needed replacing, fixed and tested the repair, and then cleaned up after the job. Great service and well priced!

Excellent service !!! Claudio came same day to see leak in my toilet. The next day he spent the whole day at my place replacing toilet and 2 bathroom taps and pipes and also kitchen tap and pipes. Very hard worker and did wonderful job !!! I have used this company in the past and highly recommend them !

We live in a very old, tall house and a radiator on our third floor had not been working for a while. Leaside Plumbing came to our house the very day I called and fixed it immediately. We are delighted to have a warm third floor again!

We called on Leaside Plumbing to fix our Rinnai Hot Water System. When the service gentleman arrived, he told us that regrettably he didn’t have the tools or ability to fix our system. Not only did they not charge us anything for coming out to look at our problem, they did research for us and discovered which company that could help us. We just moved into a VERY old house and we called Leaside Plumbing twice within the first weekend -- they were fantastic! Fast, professional, fairly priced, and as my husband said, "You guys have customers for life." We love Leaside!!

They came when they said they would. They came with the part that I explained was broken. They fixed it within 15 minutes. The cost was well worth it versus me trying to find the right part somewhere and finding the time to repair it myself. If you want things fixed fast, then I highly recommend this company.

Appreciate timely answer to questions we asked online. Jonathan came by to look at our initial problem; resolved the problem. We were impressed enough to book a return visit to replace couple of faucets and check drainage in our sinks. Jonathan came back and did a professional job. Will certainly call him again if we have any plumbing problems in future.

We've used Leaside twice and their service is very prompt and professional. The pricing seems on the higher side, but we have not had a flood or fireball yet, so I guess it makes sense to pay for their level of dependability and reliability.

From my initial call to the company to completion of the job, Leaside Plumbing & Heating were exceptionally professional. We needed a gas pipe to be moved, and I received a return call within minutes. An estimate was completed, and the work was done on time, on schedule, and on budget, and we will use Leaside Plumbing’s services again in the future!
