Mike was professional, did an excellent job, reviewed issues I had with previous installed screens, took the time to address concerns, and fix. I would highly recommend Mike and Phantom Screens to all friends and family.

Mike Campbell installed our Phantom screens. He was very professional, personable, kept the area clean, took the time to go over every detail on how to use and take care of the screens and answered all my questions.

I emailed Phantom Screens on Tuesday, Susan called me on Wednesday and Mike Campbell provided a service call the following Tuesday. May 2007 single, patio retractable screen installed but over the past 18 months the magnet has not been holding in the breeze and the door snaps open. Mike installed a second magnet inline with the first so it looks tidy and professional. He tested it and asked that I also test it. There was no mess and Mike was very personable and professional. Thank you to Susan and Mike for great customer service and my satisfaction.

Mike installed the two screens on time and very professionally. He explained how to use the product, what to do in case of damage, how to maintain the product each year and, cleaned up after his work.

Mike encountered a problem in the installation which had nothing to do with the product but with our doorframe. He quickly came up with a satisfactory solution. Mike was very personable, did the job in a timely fashion and did not leave one speck of debris anywhere.

We are really pleased with the level of workmanship on the installation of two sets of French door screens. Mike Campbell was very courteous and helpful in his explanations. The clean up was impeccable.

Mike Campbell of Phantom Screens installed a screen unit on our double front doors yesterday here in Mt Hope. He acted in a truly professional manner, on a hot and humid afternoon. The job was completed to our complete satisfaction, cleanup was flawless, a demonstration to attune us for maximum results was most helpful. All in all, it was like having a good friend do the job, kudos to Mike and his company.........lloyd
