This is the second home we have installed a Phantom Screen. In both cases the installer and measurer were extremely professional. In our latest installation we wish to highlight that the installer Mike Campbell was excellent to work with and did a great job. Went through all the maintenance points with us and the item worked from the start. The only thing we could say about the completion of the work is that the clean-up could have been a bit better. He left the cuttings in a small pile on the stairs along with our broom and dustpan he had to borrow. But since that doesn't affect the use of the product, we still feel he deserves a good rating on the install and use of the screen closure.

Mike arrived promptly and installed the screen quickly and effeciently. He explained the operation of the door and how to care and maintain it. A very pleasant and courteous man that knows how to clean up after himself when he completes a job. We were very satisfied.

after the dog ran through the screen, we made a cold call to the 1-800 #; Cleopatra in customer service was so good. she called me back with details on pricing and timing and installer's name; the installer, mike campbell, called and arrived and completed the job - all in under two hours!! amazing! job is perfect; product is superior; we are happy. thank you.

Mike Campbell was great. He came when he said he would, was very personable and went through the process, maintenance, etc. with us. I also loved the idea that he cleaned up after installing the screen - Amazing. Would recommend him again. Thanks Mike and Ontario Screen Systems. We are truly satisfied customers.

Mike got the job done quickly and was professional. He got here on time and call to make sure I was home. When the job was done Mike explained how the screen operated and maid sure I understood.

Showed up early...quickly completed the removal of the old screen and installation of the Phantom Screen and then concisely described all the typical troubleshoots I might need to know when operating the screen. Gave maintenance instructions, cleaned up the site and was impeccably professional courteous and obviously cared that the product was going to be a satisfactory product for the customer. Rare individual to encounter in the home services/products industry.

My wife and I checked out a few makes of "roll-up" type screen doors and found that Phantom Screens seemed to be the best value. We ordered the door, including installation, through Home Depot. The door was installed by Mike Campbell (from Phantom) who was very professional in his conduct and did a thorough and quality job (ask for Mike if you want it done right). If we were to do this again, we would avoid going through Home Depot and try to go direct with Phantom. The promised lead time of 4 weeks from Home Depot turned out to be over two months. Not sure if this was a Home Depot thing or a Phantom thing, but we weren't happy with the delays. Needless to say and to be fair, our rating of "10" is based on Phantom only and not Home Depot. In the end, the door was installed and we are very pleased with the quality.

Mike called to make sure to let me know he was on his way. He completed the job efficiently and then explained how to make sure the screen was working its best - lubrication, proper fixing of the screen if you walk through it etc. Thanks for your good work.

Mike arrived a little early, introduced himself & shook hands. The front door screen was installed quickly, efficiently & Mike left absolutely no mess. Before he left, Mike went over all details of operation, maintenance, & problem solving. He answered my questions, demonstrated how to operate the screen, & before he left, again shook hands and left a very satisfied cstomer. Thanks, Mike!
