My screen looks great and Mike was very professional with his installation. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. He showed me how to operate the screens and had my warranty form completed for mailing. I would recommend the Phantom Screen company to all my friends and family.

We had a Phantom screen that was sitting in the garage for a few years and needed to be repaired and reinstalled after a new door went in. Mike's helpful tips to keep the screen in good working order were particlulary appreciated. We did not get the "training session" back in 2003 so this was a big improvement. Thanks Mike. He was very accommadating when screen installation date needed to be changed. He called to give me a new time. When installing it, Mike was quick/prompt. He explained how it worked clearly.

Mike Campbell, the installer, was cheerful, quick, efficient, courteous, and professional throughout the entire installation process. He was early for the appointment, patiently waited until another installer finished up, thoroughly answered any questions, and expertly demonstrated the use and care of the door. I was especially impressed that Mike swept up the concrete dust from drilling and took all garbage away with him!
