The process is great; the owner comes by to quote and look at the issue. They are honest in their timeframes to complete the work and stuck to the quote. The man who was sent to complete the job was polite, cleaned up at the end of each day and was thoroughly vetted by the owner. We've had this company do other fixes in our home and we would highly recommend them.

We came across Servisol a few years ago when caulking would not adhere or dry properly around our bathtub, and some of the tiles were starting to get loose. We interviewed a few companies, all of which told us that we needed to re-tile. Servisol's quote was by far the best, and they had good reviews on HomeStars, so we decided to give them a try. When they took down the tiles they discovered that the wood behind was rotting. They stripped down the wall, replaced all wood, and installed insulation (which we didn't have before) - all at no additional charge. They did a great job on the tiling. Bruce came over on our request after the job had been completed to make sure that everything was finished off properly. Since then we did a few more projects with Servisol, and asked for a number of quotes. Their work has always been excellent, they are polite and friendly with our kids, and they always clean up after themselves. Bruce is very knowledgeable and approachable. He really takes his time to answer all our questions. We appreciate their honesty (e.g. we asked if they would replace our fence, and both Bruce and George suggested that a fencing company would cost less - and gave us a bunch of referrals). We trust their work. They are very reasonably priced for the service they provide - well worth the price.

Bruce Maisels is the amateur renovator's dream. He is smart, well organized, straight talking and trustworthy. He knows his stuff, gives thoughtful and useful opinions and suggestions, and will recommend the best people for the job. He is always just a phone call away, and when he said something would be done, or someone would be there, it happened. I don't think there are many in the business like him, and especially for working professionals, he made what could have been a nightmare a pleasure. I would recommend Bruce and Servisol to anyone for any contracting job, big or small.

Facing a bathroom reno (due to water damage and termites) that was too extensive for me to tackle alone, I did some research and ended up deciding to go with Servisol. Bruce and the team chosen to work on my project were polite, explained anything I didn't understand, gave me options where possible, and all showed up on time. Bruce was fair with his pricing, and I'm very happy that I didn't go with a cheaper quote. Sean, Mohammed, and Marcel are all highly skilled tradesmen and I'm very happy with the quality of their work. The work encompassed demolition, rebuilding the subfloor, installing an in-floor heating mat, cement board, drywall repairs, rewiring lighting and outlets, framing and finishing a new window, installing a new tub, double-sink vanity, toilet and fixtures. I wanted to do the tiling myself so Sean gave me great tips on how to do a good job. My tiling isn't nearly as good as Sean's so next time I'll let him do it. I have already recommended Servisol to my mother and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks everyone for a great job!

A tricky job, wonderfully executed. I"ve had nothing but compliments. Mark showed up on time, was incredibly neat and petted the dog. I've used Servisol for over 30 years now, and I've never been anything but delighted.

Bruce was very helpful with suggestions for installing a new vanity in an odd-shaped space, and it has turned out well. His workers were on time and professional. Mark did the cabinet work, and the plumber and painter followed, with equally good work.
