    purchase and installation of a tankless gas fired water heater.

    When I phoned for a price, a live person answered the phone and within hours a live person called me back to set up a time to come inspect the site and provide a quote within 48 hours. Believe me being in a rural area that's unheard of by local contractors! Katy came out and was careful of fragrance use. She is very knowledgeable but not pushy. Provided a quote within our expected range. We ordered the work and it was completed within 2 weeks. Andrew & Mike arrived unscented and spent the day slugging in a 4 ft tall basement to install the tankless water heater. They did a lovely neat job and cleaned up after too. Definitely will call them for other work like duct cleaning.

    Furnace/A/C maintenance

    Jimmy B did a great job doing a maintenance on furnace and A/C,showing me everything he did along the way.I can see he takes pride in what he does,very satisfied. Keep up the great job!

    New Central Air Conditioner Install

    Katy did the introduction meeting, Nathan & Rob did the installing of my new central air conditioning, and Peter the service repair man was quick, informative and so nice to repair our water heater hose on the long holiday weekend with a smile. :) You guys are the best!

    Air Conditioner Maintenance

    Today I had a technician come for an air conditioner maintenance appointment. The young man, Jared, was on time, polite and covered his shoes with booties so as not to dirty my floor. He was quick, efficient and so respectful and pleasant. Jared answered all my questions regarding the system and was on his way in no time. Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency!

    Air Conditioner Service

    Shipton's provided prompt, efficient and courteous service. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone in the future. My wife likes the blue booties too. Thanks Shiptons Heating and Cooling.

    Air Conditioner Service

    Shipton's provided excellent service for our furnace and AC maintainance.Service technician was very professional and friendly. Was knowledgeable and did thorough check up of Air conditioning unit. Definitely will recommend this company

    HVAC Installation

    Installers did a great job with the install. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and very eager to get the job done right and take into consideration my specific needs. Will do business with them again.

    Annual Air Conditioner Checkup

    Shipton's provide excellent service. Mark has been here a couple of times for annual check ups. Customer service is number 1 as well. Communication skills are unsurpassed. I recommend them to anyone I know for the best products and service.

    Air Conditioner Service

    My air conditioning was not working; somehow it did not wanted to start. John came and quicklly started working on the machine; patiently explained me the nature of the problem and along the way showed me how the machine operates. The job was done quickly. He also gave me the different payment options. I'm glad I select Shipton's to take care of my air conditioning problem!
