    Air Conditioner Service

    Jared C. serviced our a/c unit. He was very professional and friendly and very efficient. He did more work than we expected. His is a good ambassador for you Company.

    Annual maintenance for air conditioner.

    The service technician checked all of the issues related to the problem and was very knowledgeable. He knew about the various service plans which I inquired about. We have to rule out one more issue so there will be a follow-up visit by another technician. He was also very courteous. He called in advance to let me know when he would be arriving so I could plan around the visit. I appreciated this. I would recommend this company and this technician. They can discuss the options of replacing parts rather than disposing of an expensive appliance and you don't feel pressured to buy rather than repair, which I appreciate.

    Air Conditioner Maintenance

    Nice to see a company Representative show up at the time that was promised. Jared was not only punctual but smiling and polite. My wife and I found him very professional and courteous,and he explained to me exactly what he was checking for. After running checks to see if our air conditioner was ready for summer,he left us with a big smile on our faces,by informing us that our unit was in very good condition and ready for the summer heat. "Shipton's" hire more like this young man, he is good for your business. Vic and Martha McConville

    furnace;A/C & hot water tank

    Have just read Stephanie's posting. My experience was a few years ago but I too experienced the exact same problem with the hot water tank. Shiptons, you need to improve on the promise you make at time of purchase to scrap the tank @ Reliance depot. In fact would advise new customers to have it written on contract and not pay the remaining balance until the ticket number from Reliance depot obtained.

    Air Conditioner Maintenance

    Mark R arrived for scheduled appointment to do annual maintenance on the AC. All was found to be in great working order. Mark, as usual, is a professional and very personable. He is an asset to Shipton's Heating and Cooling.

    Furnace, AC and Water Tank

    I purchased furnace, AC and a water tank. It was written on my contract that Shipton's would return my current (2014) water tank to Reliance. They instead claim to have "scrapped it" because they couldn't reach us to get a Reliance return number? In the end, after receiving some collections calls from Reliance, Scott Shipton stepped up and paid the $1,250 to Reliance to cover the cost of the lost tank. Aside from the confusion with the tank, the service was good and we're happy with our new furnace and AC.

    New Furnace and A/C Installation

    We had a fantastic experience having our new system installed by Marty at Shipton's Heating & Cooling. Marty and his apprentice Mike arrived right on time, which I always appreciate. They were friendly, and very respectful of my home (including my baby and cat!). Marty explained everything that needed to be done, and did it within the time frame that I was expecting. When they experienced a problem with our electrical, Marty called in one of his colleagues to make sure that everything was fixed correctly and on time. They were very careful and tidy. Marty is very professional and genuine, and took the time to ensure that I was happy with everything they had done for me. I would recommend Marty and Shipton's to anyone! Thank you Marty and team!

    Furnace Installation

    Nathan was very helpful and accommodating. His work was professionally done and explained to me what was needed. Rob was very quiet and did his work with very little discourse. There was no question of his capability. I am very pleased with the performance of the furnace installed.

    Furnace Service

    Jim Berney from Shipton's Heating and Cooling was great! He was very friendly (even with our dog and cat) and explained everything he was doing to check our furnace. Jim explained things in a way that made them easy to understand, answered my questions and gave good advice to prolong the life and efficiency of our furnace. I am so glad we purchased our furnace from Shipton's!

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation
