    Shingles and Eavestrough

    Spiros did a great job from quote to installation replacing shingles and eaves on my home in Richmond Hill. His quote was competitive and his recommendations were clearly explained. Spiros inspected the roof in person and identified exactly what he thought would be best for my roof. The work was done when promised and the property was thoroughly cleaned up before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spiros!

    Roof replacement

    I had my roof replaced and was very impressed with the whole experience. From answering my calls, questions, minor details and cost to the completion of the work was friendly, professional and very accommodating. The crew did an awesome job and very clean. Excellent work and am I very satisfied... Will definitely recommend.

    Highly Reliable!

    Spiros came up to the house today to help me out of a dire situation when no other company would. I had a major leak in my roof that needed taking care of. He generously went out of his way to help me and I really appreciate all he did. Not to mention he's a great guy too. Thank you Spiros! UPDATE: Spiros just finished doing my whole roof and what an incredible job they did! Everything looks perfect. The men worked extremely hard even in the hot weather. They did a fantastic clean up as well. I'm so glad I chose Spiros to do the job!

    Hidden defects in roofing

    I was not happy with reroofing by Spiros but eventually got over it. But after the storm in May this year while fixing blown away shingles I discovered 2 hidden defects which I'd like to warn other people about. 1. The protective film was not removed from the tar strips on reverse side of the shingles. I think it's rather common "shortcut" by roofers since I found a lot of shingles with that film intact scattered in our neighbourhood after the storm. These tar strips are supposed to provide better attachment to the plywood. 2. All my bathroom vents were not re-installed but just covered by shingles. Boy, how inattentive I have been not noticing that for years. Only when wind blew away one of the shingles I discovered this "shortcut". Bottom line: if you contract Spiros make sure you are able to get on the roof and check his work by yourself.

    Emergency roof repair

    Woke up in the morning, water pouring into my closet so I called 10+ other roofing companies and the only one to respond was Spiros. He called me said he could be there same day, despite his busy schedule and fit me in. He took pictures that my insurance needed and quickly finished the job very professionally. I would recommend him to anyone, and when my roof needs to be done in the future he will be on my short list to call.

    THE BEST!!! Hands Down!

    I had the privilege of hiring Spiros. The lovely wind storm a couple of weeks ago ripped through a third of my shingles on the roof. He came by that same day I called him and said he would try to come next day to help me out. The next day he did come out to perform an emergency repair and placed a tarp on my roof. Rain was in the forecast and I couldn't afford any more damage to my home. He recommended to replace all the shingles because he would have a hard time colour matching my roof due to the age of the shingles. Because of how responsive he was to my current issue. I chose to go with Spiros Roofing to replace my roof. 2 weeks later, my roof if complete. WOW! Great job! His crew was amazing! My yard was clean after the job was done. I will gladly refer new business to Spiros. Anytime!!! .......... I will have to send Spiros a text message once in a while. :) Thank you again Spiros! I hope your son follows in your footsteps!

    Replaced shingles torn off by recent windstorm

    Used HomeStars to locate a reputable roofer to replace missing shingles in 2 places on our roof. Spiros was one of 2 companies to respond quickly to my request for a quote both by email and phone. Kept promise to come by while in the neighbourhood and called ahead to make sure that I would be home. Spiros is personable, friendly and courteous. Checked the health of our roof and blew out eaves on our upper storey. Challenged him on pricing but he says that he is competitive and his work is high risk. I’ll probably ask him to quote when my roof requires replacement.

    Roofing repairs and inspection services

    Spiros and his team are very professional and efficient. Spiros, the owner himself is most courteous and helpful including his office staff. During this most demanding time - after a very windy storm - he still managed to help us - a couple of helpless seniors!

    Shingle Repair due to Wind Storm

    I submitted request for estimate late Sunday night and Spiros & his team completed the job by Monday noon time. Very appreciative that they were able to fit us and our neighbour in their very busy time schedule. Professional and job well done!

    Wind storm

    A large portion of my shingles were blown off my roof due to a windstorm May 4, 2018 . I called six roofing companies to be called back only by two of them who said that they would be able to come out next week because they were so busy. Rain was in the next weeks forecast and this caused me much anxiety. A friend of mine highly recommended Spiro roofing. Spiro and his team came out on the Sunday to do the work. I found them to be courteous and professional. They found a perfect match to my existing shingles and their quality of work was top notch. I would highly recommend Spiro roofing to all my family and friends. Thank you Spiro!!
