Jay and George did a terrific job on our carpet. We had been considering getting rid of it but they made it look like new again -- and for a price we couldn't resist. Jay is the right combination of persistent and sincere. When he found out we needed his help right away he insisted on coming out that same week -- a service his competitors could not match in the busy holiday season. Jay arrived promptly and got the job done quickly but thoroughly. He was pleasant to talk to. He followed up to see if we were happy. And when I said I had hoped for a better turnout on a sofa he had cleaned he said he would come back to give it another go. One note: give carpets 12 hours to fully dry, and more than a day on stairs and in the basement. I recommend Steam Kleen and will be back. But not too soon apparently; Jay gave us useful advice to treat carpets and tiles in the meantime so we might not need to call on him so soon!

I was extremely happy with Jay’s work. I have 2 large dogs and wasn’t sure my carpet was going to look any better. Jay assured me it would and he didn’t let me down. He showed up on time and did a great job. Thanks Jay.

Steam Kleen just recently cleaned the ducts in my home (including bathroom exhaust fans, furnace blower and dryer vent) as well as steam cleaned the carpets, the grout in the kitchen/entry tiles and deodorized cigarette smoke from the previous owners. And I have to wonder - how do those larger and (way more) expensive energy company/department store duct cleaners stay in business with these guys around as competition? Even if you could find a single company to provide all of these services, you'd pay 2 or 3 times as much. I chose Steam Kleen based on the positive HomeStar reviews and was not disappointed. Jay and George were polite, fast and professional. They kept me posted on the time they would arrive, finished the job fast and left no sign they were even there. My only complaint is that Jay didn't leave us with enough business cards to hand out to our friends - great job!

Son had party...need I say more? Area rugs and carpets took the brunt of it. Jay gave a good quote. Came, cleaned and gone like magic. Like party never happened. Happy Mom again. Son eternally grateful to Jay and SteamKleen. Recommended to a friend, and she too was delighted - able to get rid of new puppy carpet stains!

I highly recommend Jay and his team. They were professional, efficient and very helpful. My carpets look great. Had the ducts cleaned also-no more dust. I will call Jay again. I recommend him for any rug and upholstery cleaning!

After having a negative experience with another company, Jay and his partner were a pleasure to have in my home to scotchgard my sofas. They were able to come to my home the same day I called. Jay cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet in the basement. He came at the agreed upon time, did a thorough job and left everything in good order. Jay is always pleasant, informative and does a super job. This was my third time using Jay and I will definitely use him again.

Very happy with the job Jay and his co worked did on our wool rugs. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Appreciated them coming last minute and helping to move to furniture off the rugs. We will certainly use this company again!
