I had to get my couches cleaned ASAP and within 2hrs of calling he was at my door step. Jay was professional and an expert in the type of material my couch was and used the appropriate cleaning solutions. He cleaned my white love seat couch and it looks brand new. He also cleaned my sectional and dinning room chairs. I highly recommend Steam Clean.

I called Jay and that same day him and his team were able to come. They cleaned two bedroom carpets, my office carpet and they threw in a quick clean of my living room couch and the rugs throughout my house! They did a fantastic job, and I was so glad that they were able to come so quickly. Much appreciated!

This is my second time using Steam Kleen and I have to say they are more than I ever expected. They answered my call right away, set up a time that day, show up on time and ready to go. We just purchased our first home and wanted the carpets cleaned (obviously). Jay was awesome, he scheduled us in for the same evening we got our keys - this really helped because we wanted to move in the next morning. Jay and his partner cleaned our living room, stair case, hallways, and three bedrooms in under an hour. Everything was clean and dry by the next morning for move in. When it comes time for our duct cleaning we will be contacting them.

We have had Jay clean the carpets in our home many times over the years, and each time the quality of his work is excellent. Jay is a polite professional that is a pleasure to deal with.

Repeat performance - Spring carpet cleaning. Jay arrived on time, even a bit early, went right to work, and finished cleaning our carpets in record-breaking time. The stains are gone and the carpets dried quickly, and look great.

I called Jay in a state of panic because of a bad dog poop accident on a Sunday morning of a long weekend. Within a few hours (which felt like eternity because of the smell) he came. He was an hour and half later than his estimated arrival but that's not a big deal. What a great guy! He also cleaned up my carpets so well :) I definitely recommend his services!!! Without a doubt.

Jay arrived as promised, despite the blizzard. He and his colleague cleaned the sofas like new, beyond my expectations ....and, by the way, better than the last company I hired to do the same. What's more, Jay came back - again, as promised - and removed unexpected water marks that formed overnight in the drying process. Honestly, I didn't expect him to come back. Excellent job! my carpet was terrible after 1 year of never cleaning, Jay assured me it would look like new and it really did. They are efficient, accommodating, punctual, professional and I couldn't be more satisfied. They did a great job for a fair price, other companies wanted to charge me a lot more. I would definitely recommend their services.
