Jay came as expected. He took a look at the sofa and said 'no problem, it'll look brand new'. The results were quite good. He removed most of the stains and the sofa's look clean. I wouldn' say new but definitely cleaner than before. He also applied scotch guard which I'm not sure was worth the extra $$. I'm giving 7 stars because he did an okay job, but to me he did a rushed job. Had he taken his time, I'm sue the results would have been awesome. It's possible he had anothe client to visit? If I did call on Jay, I'd definitel ask him to slow down.

We has Jay Nader from Steam Kleen come by our place after we discovered our carpet had been saturated with water. Jay was very prompt to come over to our home the same day to evaluate and place his drying equipment. Sensitive that we had to have the room ready for guests, he was able to work with our timelines. WHen he came back to clean up and steam the carpet he went over and above not only cleaing the area that was an issue but the entire basement as well as the stairs on both levels (AND FRONT MAT!). I think his no hassle attitude and honesty were what we appreciated, oh and the work was flawless as well!

I have my carpets cleaned by Jay twice a year. He is very professional, does a clean job, and is affordable. I have recommended jay to many family and friends.

Cleans rugs and couches very well. We have a pet and it can get pretty messy. The guy who comes is so personable and always friendly. He always accommodates the times I want and he works around my schedule. Cost is very reasonable. This is for 2 units.

Jay happened to be cleaning my neighbour's carpets, so I asked him to swing by when he was done so he could have a go at our sofa. Not only did he give us a great deal (threw in the carpets for just a little extra), but he's personable and does a great job. Highly recommended.

Sorry this review is late, our carpets were cleaned in early November. I found Steam Kleen right here on HomeStars and because of all the great reviews, decided to give them a call and have them clean our wall-to-wall carpet! Jay was punctual, friendly, courteous and listened to all my concerns. He sprayed the carpets first, to sanitize them (due to our 2 dogs) and to spot clean areas that our dogs (when puppies) had had a few 'accidents' that I was unable to completely get out of the carpet. He did a fantastic job and I was so impressed with his work ethic - he did a thorough cleaning and made sure I was happy with the job. Not only that, he cleaned both our door mats/rugs and one of them had 2-sided tape underneath, which, over time, the glue had come off and glued itself on top of the carpet. No amount of scrubbing would get it off, but Jay and his assistant worked diligently untiI it was all removed! Before leaving, Jay handed me his business card and told me if I had any problems, to just give him a call. I would definitely use Steam Kleen again and would highly recommend them for all your carpet needs!!

I came home to not one but two giant messes on my living room rug courtesy of my dog - don't know what she ate but it was awful. Jay was at my door within 2 hours - 20 minutes later my rug is good as new. Fantastic service and friendly too!!!

I found a leak on my basement rug and after turning off the source, I was not sure what to do? Thankfully I found Jay and he came on a Sunday evening to dry out the spill. He is prompt, professional and a likeable person. I felt confident and relieved with my choice. The work was amazing and he solved the problem without any stress. I think the work was more than expected but he kept to his quote. Having been taken advantage of in the past by contractors this was an amazing experience! I plan to have him come and clean my ducts in the near future. Thanks Jay!

I called SteamKleen to have my sectional couch and area rug steam cleaned. The owner Jay gave me a quote that could not be beaten by others and showed up an hour and a half after our call, on a rainy Sunday. He was very personable/candid while being professional. He was also thorough and efficient at his job. Jay went above and beyond by deep cleaning two flights of stairs in my house to show me that he could get rid of stains which had set in for years. It was like a miracle, and I will call him back to clean the rest of the stairs, as well as my ducts. My family and I are completely satisfied and would definitely recommend SteamKleen.
