Jay is a real professional.  We initially engaged him to do one small cleaning job for us, and while he was here he made a proposal to clean all of the broadloom in the house – and the grout in one of our bathrooms.  The package price was reasonable and we agreed.  He and his team arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. We are quite pleased with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jay gave me a reasonable quote for steam cleaning two area rugs and one floor of wall to wall carpet. He was able to come within 48 hours, arrived on time, wore booties in my home, worked quickly, everything came out spotless, and he threw in a lot of extras. We will definitely use Jay again, and I have already recommended him to my friend with a new puppy ; ) Thank you to people on HomeStars for a really good recommendation!

Jay came to my house the day after I called to book an appointment. We have a dog and I didn't expect all of the stains to come out, but our cream area rug and basement carpet looks like new again. He also steam cleaned our dining room chairs with stains from kids (also cream, probably not a smart choice on colour). They look brand new, too. We will definitely call Jay again. He is professional, and a really nice guy!

Jay came within 2 days of my call. He cleaned the couch I had originally requested but threw in another couch, 3 rugs and a stair runner for only an additional $30 + tax. Him and his partner were friendly and fast and did a great job.

I was amazed by the service provided by Steam Kleen. I called Jay and within 1 hour he was at my door to give me an estimate. He cleaned my terribly soiled rug on the spot and even removed a stain on my couch and cleaned my front door rug all for the price of cleaning my rug! Truly impressive! And my rug which I thought I might have to throw out looks great!
